硼團(tuán)簇、硼烷及金屬硼化物的研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:硼原子因其半徑小、缺電子、配位數(shù)大、價(jià)電子sp2雜化和三中心鍵等特點(diǎn)引起了科學(xué)家的高度關(guān)注。其團(tuán)簇的電子結(jié)構(gòu)、穩(wěn)定性、芳香性和成鍵方式等性質(zhì)的研究成為化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一大熱點(diǎn)。由于硼化物多樣性的特點(diǎn),其在光學(xué)、能源和儲(chǔ)存工業(yè)氣體方面具有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文簡述了近幾年全硼團(tuán)簇、硼烷及金屬硼化物的研究現(xiàn)狀。其中,分別從中性、陰離子和陽離子三種形式對(duì)全硼團(tuán)簇和硼烷進(jìn)行概括;金屬摻雜硼化物主要包括金屬摻雜的純硼團(tuán)簇和硼烷、過渡金屬摻雜的三明治形式復(fù)合物以及金屬中心硼分子輪。
[Abstract]:Due to its small radius, electron deficiency, large coordination number, valence electron sp2 hybridization and three-center bond, boron atoms have attracted great attention. The electronic structure, stability, aromaticity and bonding mode of the clusters have become a hot topic in the field of chemistry. Because of its diversity, boride has potential applications in optics, energy and gas storage. In this paper, the research status of total boron clusters, boranes and metal boride in recent years is reviewed. Among them, the boron clusters and boranes are summarized in neutral, anionic and cationic forms respectively, and metal doped boride mainly includes metal doped pure boron clusters and boranes. Transition metal doped sandwich-form complexes and metal center boron molecular rings.
