基于分子動力學的PTFE材料摩擦磨損分析及試驗研究

【摘要】:聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)是織物自潤滑關(guān)節(jié)軸承的潤滑劑。在關(guān)節(jié)軸承工作時,織物襯墊中的部分PTFE轉(zhuǎn)移到軸承內(nèi)圈上,形成PTFE與PTFE的摩擦副,起到了降低軸承的摩擦系數(shù)和磨損率的作用,同時PTFE的磨損壽命又直接影響著軸承壽命,所以研究PTFE的摩擦磨損對織物襯墊關(guān)節(jié)軸承有著重要意義。前人對PTFE的摩擦學性能研究多采用宏觀試驗方法,本文從微觀角度出發(fā),應用分子動力學模擬方法對PTFE材料進行微觀磨損分析以及宏觀試驗研究。主要內(nèi)容有:應用Materials Studio軟件建立PTFE模型,通過模擬PTFE模型的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變過程、原子徑向分布情況,驗證了模型的可靠性;模型導入LAMMPS程序,模擬了PTFE體系的原子徑向分布情況和彈性模量,驗證了相關(guān)分子動力學參數(shù)設置的合理性。針對PTFE體系的微觀摩擦磨損性能研究,建立了PTFE/PTFE的微觀摩擦副模型,分析了模型的能量損耗形式,應用分子動力學模擬方法研究了法向載荷、滑行速度等工況對PTFE/PTFE摩擦副的摩擦系數(shù)和磨損深度的影響,根據(jù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和微觀摩擦動畫研究了PTFE摩擦磨損情況,得到隨著PV值(P法向載荷、V滑行速度)增大微觀摩擦過程更加劇烈,磨損深度增加;而摩擦系數(shù)隨著法向載荷的增大而減小,隨著摩擦速度的增大而增大。在與微觀模擬相同的工況下,應用UMT摩擦磨損試驗機對GCr15/PTFE摩擦副及PTFE/PTFE摩擦副的摩擦磨損性能進行了試驗研究,得到了不同工況下的摩擦系數(shù)與磨損率情況,并應用相關(guān)試驗表征設備進行了觀察,分析了PTFE材料的宏觀摩擦磨損機制。對比分析微觀模擬結(jié)果和宏觀試驗結(jié)果,得出兩種尺度下的摩擦系數(shù)數(shù)值接近且變化趨勢一致的結(jié)論,驗證了微觀模擬結(jié)果的合理性。
[Abstract]:Polytetrafluoroethylene (Polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE) is a fabric self lubricating joint bearing lubricant. In joint bearings, transfer part of PTFE fabric liner to the bearing inner ring, friction pair formation of PTFE and PTFE, to reduce the friction coefficient and wear rate of the bearing, and the wear life of PTFE directly affect the bearing life, so the study of friction and wear of PTFE fabric liner joint bearing has important significance. Study on the tribological properties of PTFE by the predecessor to the macro test method, this paper from the microscopic point of view, method of PTFE materials for micro wear analysis and macroscopic experimental study on Application of molecular dynamics simulation. The main contents are: Materials Studio software to establish the PTFE model, through the glass transition process of PTFE model simulation, atomic radial distribution, to verify the reliability of the model into the L model; AMMPS program, PTFE system of atomic radial distribution and elastic modulus were simulated, verified the rationality of setting the related molecular dynamics. The parameters of Micro Friction and wear properties for the PTFE system, the establishment of a micro friction model of PTFE/PTFE, analyzes the energy loss form of model, research the method to load the molecular dynamics simulation method is used. Effect of sliding speed conditions on PTFE/PTFE friction coefficient and the wear depth, according to the relevant data and Micro Friction animation on PTFE friction and wear, with PV value (P normal load, sliding speed increased V) micro friction process is more intense, the wear depth increases; while the friction coefficient with the normal load increases, increases with the increase of friction velocity. Under the same conditions and micro simulation, friction on GCr15/PTFE friction wear testing machine using UMT And the friction and wear properties of PTFE/PTFE friction pair were studied. The friction coefficient and wear rate under different working conditions are obtained, and the application of related test equipment characterization were observed, analyzed the macro friction material PTFE. The wear mechanism of micro and macro analysis of the simulation results comparison of test results, the friction coefficient of two numerical scales the close and consistent conclusion, verify the rationality of the microscopic simulation results.
