稀土摻雜Ni基催化劑的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:以NH_4HCO_3為沉淀劑,共沉淀法制備稀土摻雜二氧化鋯載體,浸漬法負(fù)載鎳,分別制備了5種稀土摻雜的鎳基催化劑Ni/RZrO_x,R=Tb,Er,Dy,Y,Pr;稀土元素與鋯元素物質(zhì)的量比R∶Zr=1∶4,活性組分Ni的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)10%。采用XRD、H_2-TPR及TPO表征催化劑的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和氧化還原性質(zhì),用微型固定床反應(yīng)器考察了催化劑在甲烷水蒸氣重整制氫反應(yīng)中的活性和選擇性。結(jié)果表明,5個(gè)摻雜稀土的鎳基催化劑在甲烷水蒸氣重整制氫反應(yīng)中有良好活性和選擇性;摻雜鐠的催化劑的催化性能最好,650℃時(shí),氫氣的摩爾百分比達(dá)78.4%,CH4轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)94%。
[Abstract]:Rare earth doped zirconia carrier was prepared by co-precipitation method with NH_4HCO_3 as precipitant. Nickel was loaded by impregnation method.Five kinds of rare earth doped nickel based catalysts, Ni / RZrO _ XR _ (10) T _ (B) T _ (B) E ~ (3 +) Dy _ (Y) P _ (r), the ratio of rare earth element to zirconium element (R: Zr ~ (1): 4) and the mass fraction of active component Ni (10 ~ 10) were prepared.The crystal structure and redox properties of the catalyst were characterized by XRDX H2-TPR and TPO. The activity and selectivity of the catalyst in the steam reforming of methane to hydrogen production were investigated in a micro-fixed-bed reactor.The results show that five rare earth doped nickel based catalysts have good activity and selectivity for hydrogen production from methane steam reforming, and the praseodymium doped catalysts have the best catalytic performance at 650 鈩,
