基于激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)的混合溶液重金屬元素檢測(cè)

【摘要】:利用激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)對(duì)混合溶液中的Cu,Mg,Zn和Cd四種重金屬元素進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量,實(shí)驗(yàn)中采用波長(zhǎng)為1 064nm,脈寬10ns,重頻10 Hz的激光器。在蒸餾水中加入CuSO4,Mg(NO3)2,Zn(NO3)2和Cd(NO3)2四種溶質(zhì),配置7種不同Cu,Mg,Zn和Cd濃度的混合溶液,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)探索性數(shù)據(jù)分析方法處理LIBS實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),得到水溶液中Cu,Mg,Zn和Cd元素的定標(biāo)曲線(xiàn),擬合度系數(shù)R2均大于0.99,計(jì)算出Cu,Mg,Zn和Cd四種元素的檢測(cè)限分別為5.62,4.71,13.67和4.43ppm,單一溶質(zhì)CuSO4溶液中的Cu元素的LOD值為3.98ppm。最后對(duì)單一溶質(zhì)和四種溶質(zhì)的LIBS檢測(cè)結(jié)果差異進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)在環(huán)境水污染多種重金屬元素檢測(cè)方面具有潛在的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The laser induced breakdown spectroscopy was used to measure the four heavy metal elements, Cu, mg, Zn and CD in mixed solution. The laser with wavelength of 1 064 nm, pulse width of 10 ns and repetition frequency of 10 Hz was used in the experiment.In distilled water, four solutes, CuSO4, MgNo3O2ZnN2O2 and Cd(NO3)2, were added to the distilled water. Seven kinds of mixed solutions with different concentrations of Cu, MgN, Zn and CD were mixed. The experimental data of LIBS were treated by statistical exploratory data analysis method. The calibration curves of Cu, MgO, Zn and CD in aqueous solution were obtained, and the calibration curves of Cu, MgO, Zn and CD in aqueous solution were obtained by using statistical and exploratory data analysis method.The fitting coefficient R2 is all greater than 0.99. The detection limits of Cu, mg, Zn and CD are 5.62, 4.71, 13.67 and 4.43 ppm, respectively, and the LOD value of Cu in the solution of single solute CuSO4 is 3.98 ppm.Finally, the difference of LIBS detection results between single solute and four solutes was analyzed.The results show that laser induced breakdown spectroscopy has a potential application in the detection of many heavy metals in environmental water pollution.
