中溫條件下鋁鎂鋰合金與水反應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程

【摘要】:鋁水反應(yīng)是鋁作為新能源的一種主要利用方式。為了探究熔融態(tài)下鋁水反應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)傳遞規(guī)律,利用自制的反應(yīng)器,研究了中溫條件下鋁鎂鋰合金與水蒸氣反應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程,并對(duì)反應(yīng)器內(nèi)部的溫度、壓力、氫產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行了實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:啟動(dòng)溫度為500℃時(shí),通入水蒸氣后,反應(yīng)器內(nèi)部溫度迅速升高,最高溫度為791℃;金屬反應(yīng)區(qū)的截面溫度分布差異較大,存在局部的核心高溫區(qū);隨著反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行,核心高溫區(qū)自進(jìn)水口處向外向下傳遞,傳遞速率約為0.33 mm/s,該速率主要是由水蒸氣擴(kuò)散速率和熱傳遞速率共同決定的。
[Abstract]:Aluminum-water reaction is one of the main uses of aluminum as a new energy source.In order to investigate the dynamic transfer law of Al-H _ 2O reaction in molten state, the dynamic process of reaction between Al-Mg-Li alloy and water vapor at medium temperature was studied by using a self-made reactor, and the temperature and pressure inside the reactor were studied.The hydrogen yield was monitored in real time.The experimental results show that the temperature inside the reactor increases rapidly when the starting temperature is 500 鈩,
