高溫氣冷堆及其乏燃料中核素的質(zhì)譜分析技術(shù)

【摘要】:質(zhì)譜技術(shù)發(fā)展初期主要用于與核工業(yè)相關(guān)的無機同位素豐度的測定,隨著核工業(yè)的興起與發(fā)展,質(zhì)譜技術(shù)被廣泛應用于核燃料與核材料中雜質(zhì)分析、核燃料燃耗測定以及核素分析等領(lǐng)域。本工作從質(zhì)譜技術(shù)用于高溫氣冷堆運行中產(chǎn)生的氚檢測、乏燃料中痕量钚(Pu)和镎(Np)測定以及乏燃料中14 C測定的原理及應用、研究方法的優(yōu)缺點三方面展開論述,闡述了用于高溫氣冷堆及其乏燃料中核素分析方面的氣體同位素質(zhì)譜儀(GIMS)、電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜儀(ICP-MS)、激光共振電離質(zhì)譜儀(LRIMS)以及加速器質(zhì)譜儀(AMS)的研制及應用現(xiàn)狀,分析了儀器本身及其應用方面存在的問題及發(fā)展趨勢,討論了未來相關(guān)質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向,并提出可能的解決方案。為了使質(zhì)譜技術(shù)能夠更加有效地應用于高溫氣冷堆的研究,迫切需要發(fā)展體積小、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、便于操作的智能化儀器。
[Abstract]:Mass spectrometry technology was mainly used in the determination of inorganic isotope abundance related to nuclear industry in the early stage of development. With the rise and development of nuclear industry, mass spectrometry technology has been widely used in the analysis of impurities in nuclear fuel and nuclear materials.Nuclear fuel burnup measurement and nuclide analysis and other fields.In this paper, the principle and application of mass spectrometry in the detection of tritium produced in high temperature gas cooled reactor (HTGR), the determination of trace plutonium (Pu) and neptunium (NP) in spent fuel and the determination of 14C in spent fuel are discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the research methods are also discussed.The development and application of gas isotope mass spectrometer (GIMS), inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MSN), laser resonance ionization mass spectrometer (LRIMS) and accelerator mass spectrometer (AMS) in high temperature gas cooled reactor and its spent fuel are described.This paper analyzes the problems and development trend of the instrument itself and its application, discusses the development trend of the related mass spectrometry technology in the future, and puts forward the possible solutions.In order to make the mass spectrometry technology more effective in the research of high temperature gas cooled reactor, it is urgent to develop intelligent instruments with small volume, simple structure and easy operation.
