掩膜誘導(dǎo)的光敏性三組分聚合物混合體系的自組裝

【摘要】:采用含時(shí)金茲堡-朗道理論(time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau theory)研究了二維體系中光敏性三組分聚合物混合體系在掩膜誘導(dǎo)下的相行為.詳細(xì)探討了光化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率、聚合物組分比和掩膜長(zhǎng)寬比對(duì)相分離行為的影響.獲得了不同條件下體系形貌結(jié)構(gòu)的相圖,通過(guò)對(duì)這些相圖的分析得到了島狀、網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀、層狀等有序結(jié)構(gòu)形成的條件.研究表明,固定掩膜的長(zhǎng)寬比(L:d=6:4),當(dāng)C組分的濃度?C0.35和光化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率Γ1×10~(-5)時(shí),體系形成島狀結(jié)構(gòu);當(dāng)?C0.4和Γ1×10~(-5)時(shí),體系主要形成層狀和網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu).固定光化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率(Γ=1×10~(-3)),當(dāng)6:5≤L:d≤6:1和?C0.35時(shí),體系形成島狀結(jié)構(gòu);當(dāng)6:6≤L:d≤6:1和?C0.4時(shí),體系主要形成層狀和網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu).固定C組分的濃度(?C=0.45),當(dāng)!5×10~(-4)和6:6≤L:d≤6:1時(shí),體系主要形成層狀和網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu).穩(wěn)定性分析表明這些有序結(jié)構(gòu)在去掉掩膜之后仍能穩(wěn)定存在.
[Abstract]:The phase behavior of Guang Min three-component polymer mixed system under mask inducement in two-dimensional system was studied by time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau theory.The effects of photochemical reaction rate, polymer component ratio and ratio of mask length to width on phase separation behavior were discussed in detail.The phase diagrams of morphology and structure of the system were obtained under different conditions, and the conditions for the formation of ordered structures such as island, network and layer were obtained by analyzing these phase diagrams.The results show that the ratio of length to width of the fixed mask is 6: 4. When the concentration of component C is C 0.35 and the photochemical reaction rate 螕 1 脳 10 ~ (-5), the island structure is formed in the system, and when C _ (0.4 and 螕 _ (1 脳 10 ~ (-5))), the structure of the system is mainly layered and reticulated.When the fixed photochemical reaction rate (螕 ~ (1) 脳 10 ~ (10) ~ (-3)) is 6:5 鈮,
