【摘要】：在新形勢下,社會公正問題已成為嚴(yán)重的社會問題之一,促進公共服務(wù)設(shè)施公正性配置是政府和規(guī)劃師面臨的焦點與難點。文章立足于百色市公廁規(guī)劃實踐,從對象公正、供給公正和空間公正三個方面構(gòu)建了公廁規(guī)劃中社會公正的體系化表達策略,包括性別公正、全生命周期公正、弱勢群體公正、設(shè)施類型公正和空間布局公正等,以期為相關(guān)規(guī)劃研究和實踐提供參考。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, social justice has become one of the serious social problems. Promoting the fair allocation of public service facilities is the focus and difficulty faced by the government and planners. The article is based on Baise public toilets planning practice, from the object of justice, fairness and justice supply space three aspects to construct the social justice system in the expression of public toilets planning strategies, including gender justice, the whole life cycle of justice, justice, justice vulnerable groups facility types and spatial distribution of justice, in order to provide reference for planning research and practice.
