【摘要】：從深海鉆探計(jì)劃(Deep Sea Drilling Project,DSDP)、大洋鉆探計(jì)劃(Ocean Drilling Program,ODP)和綜合大洋鉆探計(jì)劃(Integrated Ocean Drilling Program,IODP)發(fā)展而來的國(guó)際大洋發(fā)現(xiàn)計(jì)劃(International Ocean Discovery Program,IODP)是由美國(guó)發(fā)起并有多國(guó)加入的大洋鉆探研究計(jì)劃。IODP 361計(jì)劃的實(shí)施以決心號(hào)(JOIDES Resolution)科學(xué)鉆探船為標(biāo)志和載體,具有高度機(jī)動(dòng)性、高度綜合性、技術(shù)密集性、學(xué)科綜合性、信息聚集性、人才國(guó)際性、研究目標(biāo)全球性、產(chǎn)出批量性、環(huán)境封閉性、投資巨量性等一系列的特點(diǎn),是地球科學(xué)、特別是全球變化研究國(guó)際合作的一個(gè)重要平臺(tái),是以海洋演化記錄的揭示帶動(dòng)全球變化研究的引擎,也是最終認(rèn)識(shí)全球變化過程與機(jī)理的知識(shí)源泉。中國(guó)作為IODP的會(huì)員國(guó),在不斷加強(qiáng)參加航次及科學(xué)研究的同時(shí),充分和高效利用過去幾十年培養(yǎng)的人才與基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備,大力發(fā)展、提高大洋綜合科學(xué)研究與觀測(cè)能力和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),組織國(guó)家甚至國(guó)際研究、實(shí)驗(yàn)研究中心及觀測(cè)基地,這不但對(duì)全球變化研究十分重要,對(duì)于國(guó)家未來發(fā)展與生存空間的拓展利用也至為關(guān)鍵。學(xué)習(xí)"決心號(hào)"成熟的運(yùn)作模式、借鑒其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)將對(duì)中國(guó)的科研發(fā)展起到事半功倍的作用。
[Abstract]:From the Deep Sea Drilling Project, the Ocean Drilling Program. Integrated Ocean Drilling Program. The International Ocean Discovery Program. IODPis a U.S.-sponsored, multi-national ocean drilling research program. IODP 361 is implemented with the resolve of JOIDES Resolution. Scientific drilling ship is the symbol and carrier. With a high degree of mobility, highly comprehensive, technology-intensive, comprehensive disciplines, information aggregation, international talent, global research goals, batch output, environmental closure. A series of characteristics, such as huge investment, are an important platform for the international cooperation of earth science, especially global change research, and are the engine of global change research driven by the discovery of ocean evolution records. China, as a member of the IODP, is also a source of knowledge to understand the processes and mechanisms of global change. As a member of the IODP, China is constantly strengthening its participation in flights and scientific research at the same time. We should make full and efficient use of the talent and basic knowledge reserves that have been cultivated in the past few decades, vigorously develop our comprehensive scientific research and observation capabilities and improve our infrastructure, and organize national and even international research. Experimental research centers and observation bases are not only very important to the study of global change, but also crucial to the future development of the country and the expansion of its living space. Learning from its successful experience will play a role in the development of scientific research in China with half the effort.
