基于邊沿效應(yīng)的壓縮晶體諧振帶寬的方法研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的恒溫晶體振蕩器存在精度低、穩(wěn)定度低、易老化等缺點。本文通過對普通恒溫晶振進行分析研究,提出了以邊沿效應(yīng)模糊區(qū)為理論基礎(chǔ)的壓縮晶體諧振譜線帶寬的方法,有效地解決了以上問題。從高分辨率的角度來看晶振的諧振頻率不是一個點,而是一段區(qū)間,該方法的目的就是壓縮這段區(qū)間,以提高晶振輸出頻率的精度。普通的晶體振蕩器采用的是LC諧振器,而本論文設(shè)計的晶振中使用了兩個晶振,一個用于選頻,另一個用于穩(wěn)頻。晶振振蕩起來后,通過調(diào)節(jié)選頻晶振的諧振中心頻率使兩個晶振的諧振頻率靠近,從而使這兩個晶振諧振帶寬的邊沿處重疊,最終振蕩電路振蕩于這段重疊區(qū)域內(nèi),壓縮了振蕩范圍,提高了精度。論文中設(shè)計了振蕩電路、溫度控制電路、測量振蕩電路輸出信號的方法。最終通過實驗測量晶振的相噪,達到了減小相噪、提高精度的目的,證明了利用邊沿效應(yīng)可以壓縮晶體的諧振帶寬。
[Abstract]:The traditional constant temperature crystal oscillator has some shortcomings, such as low precision, low stability, easy aging and so on. In this paper, based on the analysis and study of ordinary constant temperature crystal oscillator, a method of compressed crystal resonance spectral line bandwidth based on the fuzzy region of edge effect is proposed, which effectively solves the above problems. From the point of view of high resolution, the resonance frequency of crystal oscillator is not a point, but an interval. The purpose of this method is to compress this interval in order to improve the accuracy of crystal oscillator output frequency. LC resonator is used in ordinary crystal oscillator, and two crystal oscillations are used in the crystal oscillator designed in this paper, one for frequency selection and the other for frequency stabilization. After the crystal oscillator swings up, the resonance frequency of the two crystal oscillations is close by adjusting the resonant center frequency of the frequency selected crystal oscillator, so that the edge of the resonance bandwidth of the two crystal oscillations overlaps, and finally the oscillatory circuit oscillates in this overlapping region. The range of oscillations is compressed and the accuracy is improved. In this paper, the oscillatory circuit, the temperature control circuit and the method of measuring the output signal of the oscillatory circuit are designed. Finally, the phase noise of crystal oscillator is measured by experiments, which reduces the phase noise and improves the precision. It is proved that the resonance bandwidth of crystal can be compressed by using edge effect.
