寬帶同軸腔體濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:首先分析了寬帶濾波器的制作難點(diǎn),利用同軸腔體的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)了一款寬帶帶通濾波器,并通過加載電容的原理實(shí)現(xiàn)了濾波器的小型化。最后通過仿真軟件CST設(shè)計(jì)了中心頻率4.24GHz,帶寬為44.3%的寬帶濾波。結(jié)果表明,濾波器實(shí)物在整個(gè)頻帶內(nèi)電壓駐波比、帶外抑制良好,滿足手持雷達(dá)裝置使用要求。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the difficulty of making broadband filter is analyzed, a broadband bandpass filter is realized by coaxial cavity, and the filter is miniaturized by the principle of capacitive loading. Finally, a wideband filter with a central frequency of 4.24 GHz and a bandwidth of 44.3% is designed by the simulation software CST. The results show that the VSWR of the filter in the whole frequency band is well suppressed and meets the requirements of the hand-held radar device.
