中波紅外光學系統(tǒng)無熱化設(shè)計和冷反射抑制

【摘要】:為了得到性能好、穩(wěn)定性高,能夠滿足民用、軍事等領(lǐng)域應用的中波紅外成像光學系統(tǒng),采用光學被動式的無熱化技術(shù),在常溫下像質(zhì)良好的初始結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上,通過對不同紅外材料組合,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的無熱化設(shè)計。利用等效溫差(NITD)計算冷反射貢獻量,對冷反射貢獻量較大表面的曲率和光焦度進行優(yōu)化。設(shè)計結(jié)果表明:在-40℃~60℃溫度范圍內(nèi),光學系統(tǒng)的MTF在30lp/mm處均大于0.5;離焦量在一倍焦深以內(nèi),點列圖(RMS)直徑小于像元尺寸;冷反射殘存量最大的表面NITD值降低40%。應用該方法可以很好地實現(xiàn)紅外成像光學系統(tǒng)的無熱化設(shè)計,對冷反射的抑制效果明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain a medium wave infrared imaging optical system with good performance and high stability, which can be used in civil, military and other fields, an optical passive non-thermal technique is adopted, on the basis of a good initial structure with good image quality at room temperature.
