常規(guī)路面條件下人行盲道與過(guò)街盲道振蕩標(biāo)線(xiàn)施工設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Blind people, as representatives of vulnerable groups, China and more developed countries and more developing countries have taken the concern and help for the vulnerable groups of blind people as an important standard to measure the civilization of a city and even a country and to evaluate the most suitable cities and countries for human habitation. How to make blind people walk out of their homes and share civilized world as safely and comfortably as normal people has become a problem that human beings pay close attention to and deeply study. Blind road is an important traffic facility in urban road system at home and abroad. Therefore, China and relevant advanced countries have promulgated a number of laws and regulations and national technical standards in the construction and application of blind road. In reality, blind road construction is mainly based on the laying of blind road brick, but is limited by traffic infrastructure conditions, blind road brick laying engineering conditions and laying costs. At home and abroad, there is no construction of conventional plane crossing blind road facilities for plane intersection crossing and road section crossing, while the common blind road brick pedestrian blind road construction mode has high cost and great influence on laying. Due to the demonstration of this study and the demand of social and industrial facilities, it is urgent to develop traffic facilities such as flat intersection and blind crossing blind road and blind sidewalk under conventional road conditions in order to make up for the lack of existing traffic facilities and construction technology. In order to meet the above research and development needs, through a large number of field investigation and relevant laws and regulations, national technical standard data and research and technical literature reference, this paper demonstrates and develops a new type of blind road traffic facilities which can be constructed on conventional pavement such as flat intersection, road section and sidewalk by using the commonly used oscillatory marking construction equipment. Through the design, equipment transformation, actual construction and blind test and evaluation of the new blind road, on the basis of complying with the national technical standard of blind road construction and the national technical standard of construction technology, this study can overcome the adverse effects of high cost construction and large construction surface, and can meet the main needs of blind people. This study has declared the national invention patent.
