【摘要】：本文主要通過全面系統(tǒng)地調(diào)研、分析石家莊城區(qū)電動汽車充電站的現(xiàn)狀,重點研究滿足需求、規(guī)模適當、布局合理、建設(shè)統(tǒng)籌的充電站服務(wù)體系,引導石家莊城區(qū)電動汽車有序發(fā)展,以期在實際應(yīng)用中取得成效。本文對石家莊城區(qū)電動汽車充電站進行規(guī)劃、設(shè)計,針對石家莊城區(qū)充電站現(xiàn)狀提出了一些政策、規(guī)劃和設(shè)計方面的建議。本文結(jié)合充電站結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,給出了石家莊城區(qū)充電站設(shè)計、設(shè)備選型、技術(shù)參數(shù)及平面布局。從石家莊城區(qū)配網(wǎng)的角度出發(fā),研究了石家莊配網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀特點,調(diào)研了石家莊城區(qū)負荷增長趨勢結(jié)合石家莊配網(wǎng)架構(gòu)的特點及對接入電源的技術(shù)要求,對充電站網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局進行規(guī)劃設(shè)計優(yōu)化,提出適于石家莊特點的規(guī)劃方案。本文結(jié)合石家莊城區(qū)電動汽車的使用需求,對電動汽車充電站如何在城市內(nèi)進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃進行了研究。評估了充電站建設(shè)規(guī)劃成效及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟效益,評估了充電站建設(shè)運行給社會環(huán)境的影響。
[Abstract]:Through comprehensive and systematic investigation, this paper mainly analyzes the present situation of electric vehicle charging station in Shijiazhuang city, focusing on meeting the demand, proper scale, reasonable layout, construction of overall charging station service system, guiding the orderly development of electric vehicle in Shijiazhuang city, in order to achieve results in practical application. In this paper, the charging station of electric vehicle in Shijiazhuang city is planned and designed, and some policies, planning and design suggestions are put forward in view of the present situation of charging power station in Shijiazhuang city. Based on the structure and function of charging station, this paper gives the design, equipment selection, technical parameters and plane layout of charging station in Shijiazhuang city. From the point of view of Shijiazhuang urban distribution network, this paper studies the present characteristics of Shijiazhuang distribution network, investigates the load growth trend of Shijiazhuang urban area combined with the characteristics of Shijiazhuang distribution network structure and the technical requirements of docking power supply, optimizes the planning and design of charging station network layout, and puts forward a planning scheme suitable for Shijiazhuang characteristics. According to the demand of electric vehicle in Shijiazhuang city, this paper studies how to plan the network of electric vehicle charging station in the city. The effect of charging station construction planning and technical and economic benefits are evaluated, and the influence of charging station construction and operation on social environment is evaluated.
