城市道路干線協(xié)調(diào)控制配時(shí)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,城市機(jī)動(dòng)車數(shù)量急劇增加。特別是近十年來(lái),當(dāng)越來(lái)越多的人們享受機(jī)動(dòng)車帶來(lái)的便捷、舒適的生活時(shí),隨之而來(lái)的交通擁堵、尾氣排放等問題也極大的制約著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。我們知道,導(dǎo)致城市交通擁堵的關(guān)鍵路段是城市道路交叉口,因此我們需要提高道路通過能力,最大限度減少城市交叉口延誤。緩解交通擁擠的方法有多種,包括拓寬路面、修建高架橋等,但這些方法因?yàn)榈缆酚玫夭蛔愕仍蚨褂糜邢。再有就是?duì)單個(gè)交叉口進(jìn)行配時(shí)優(yōu)化,但這種“各自為戰(zhàn)”的優(yōu)化方案造成的結(jié)果就是各交叉口之間不能協(xié)調(diào),可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致一些交叉口更加擁堵。因此,不管從哪個(gè)角度講,解決交通擁堵問題都是當(dāng)務(wù)之急,刻不容緩。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外都有學(xué)者已經(jīng)在這方面進(jìn)行了研究,但還有些不足。本文就信號(hào)燈配時(shí)入手,首先,對(duì)交通信號(hào)控制的研究背景和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作了闡述,并對(duì)其研究不足做一分析。其次,文章對(duì)與城市干道協(xié)調(diào)控制有關(guān)的交通信號(hào)基本參數(shù)、交通信號(hào)基本控制方法以及控制效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)做了介紹,并對(duì)干線系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)控制方式進(jìn)行了分析。對(duì)城市主干道信號(hào)燈的協(xié)調(diào)控制進(jìn)行了深入探討,通過研究進(jìn)一步明確了該控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)和設(shè)計(jì)思想。對(duì)目前干道協(xié)調(diào)控制中常用的兩種相位差優(yōu)化技術(shù)進(jìn)行了說明,特別是對(duì)最大綠波帶法中的三種方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。之后對(duì)干道協(xié)調(diào)控制配時(shí)方案的基本原理及主要步驟作了總結(jié)。最后,以西安市朱雀大街主干道為例,對(duì)該干線連續(xù)相鄰的幾個(gè)路口進(jìn)行了干線協(xié)調(diào)控制。運(yùn)用滿足路網(wǎng)工作長(zhǎng)度的VISSIM4.3仿真軟件進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證協(xié)調(diào)控制效果。結(jié)果表明,實(shí)行干道協(xié)調(diào)控制后,該干線的車輛延誤、排隊(duì)長(zhǎng)度等指標(biāo)明顯降低,說明該協(xié)調(diào)控制方案有效。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's economy, the number of urban motor vehicles has increased dramatically. Especially in the past ten years, when more and more people enjoy the convenient and comfortable life brought by motor vehicles, the following problems such as traffic congestion, exhaust emissions and so on also greatly restrict the development of economy and society. We know that the key road sections that lead to urban traffic congestion are urban road intersections, so we need to improve the traffic capacity and minimize the delay of urban intersections. There are many ways to alleviate traffic congestion, including widening the road surface, building viaduct and so on, but these methods are limited because of the shortage of road land. The other is to optimize the timing of a single intersection, but the result of this "separate" optimization scheme is that there is no coordination between the intersections, which may lead to more congestion at some intersections. Therefore, no matter from which point of view, it is urgent to solve the traffic congestion problem. Although some scholars at home and abroad have carried out research in this area, but there are still some shortcomings. This paper starts with the timing of signal lights. First of all, the research background and development status of traffic signal control are described, and the lack of research is analyzed. Secondly, the basic parameters of traffic signal, the basic control method of traffic signal and the evaluation index of control effect related to the coordinated control of urban trunk road are introduced, and the coordinated control mode of trunk line system is analyzed. The coordinated control of urban main road signal lamp is discussed in detail, and the design basis and design idea of the control system are further clarified through the research. Two kinds of phase difference optimization techniques commonly used in trunk road coordination control are described, especially three methods in the maximum green band method are introduced in detail. Then the basic principle and main steps of the coordinated control timing scheme for the main road are summarized. Finally, taking the main road of Vermilion Bird Street in Xi'an as an example, the trunk line coordination control is carried out at several consecutive adjacent intersections of the trunk line. The VISSIM4.3 simulation software satisfying the working length of the road network is used to further verify the coordination control effect. The results show that the vehicle delay and queue length of the trunk line are obviously reduced after the coordinated control of the main road is carried out, which indicates that the coordinated control scheme is effective.
