汽車荷載分項(xiàng)系數(shù)對(duì)橋梁構(gòu)件可靠度的影響及修正

【摘要】:為了明確汽車荷載分項(xiàng)系數(shù)變化對(duì)橋梁構(gòu)件可靠度水平的影響規(guī)律,利用校準(zhǔn)法對(duì)受拉、受彎、大偏心受壓(短柱)、軸心受壓(短柱)、受剪共5類受力構(gòu)件,選取0.1,0.25,0.5,1,1.5,2.5六種活恒載效應(yīng)比,進(jìn)行了不同汽車荷載分項(xiàng)系數(shù)條件下構(gòu)件的可靠度分析。對(duì)于可靠度指標(biāo)分布不均勻的狀況,提出了可靠度修正系數(shù)的概念并進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證計(jì)算,對(duì)不同類型構(gòu)件按照活恒載效應(yīng)比給出了可靠度修正系數(shù)的計(jì)算結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明:汽車荷載分項(xiàng)系數(shù)由1.4遞增至2.4時(shí),各類構(gòu)件可靠指標(biāo)均呈增大趨勢(shì);活恒載效應(yīng)比小于1時(shí),該分項(xiàng)系數(shù)每增加0.2,構(gòu)件可靠指標(biāo)隨之增大0.1~0.3,活恒載效應(yīng)比大于1時(shí),該分項(xiàng)系數(shù)每增加0.2,構(gòu)件可靠指標(biāo)隨之增大約0.4;活恒載效應(yīng)比大的構(gòu)件可靠指標(biāo)值偏高,且該類構(gòu)件可靠指標(biāo)受汽車荷載分項(xiàng)系數(shù)的影響也較大;所提出的可靠度修正系數(shù)能夠調(diào)整抗力值以達(dá)到目標(biāo)可靠指標(biāo)的要求,該系數(shù)分布于0.4~1.1之間,各類型構(gòu)件可靠度修正系數(shù)分布規(guī)律一致,均隨活恒載效應(yīng)比及汽車荷載分項(xiàng)系數(shù)的增大而減小。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the influence of the change of the sub-item coefficient of the vehicle load on the reliability level of the bridge member, the tension, the bending, the large eccentric compression (the short column), the axial compression (short column) and the shear-type 5 stress component are selected by the calibration method, and the six live dead load effect ratios of 0.1, 0.25, 0.5,1, 1.5, and 2.5 are selected, The reliability analysis of the component under the condition of the sub-coefficient of different vehicle loads is carried out. In this paper, the concept of reliability correction coefficient is put forward for the condition of non-uniform distribution of reliability index, and the calculation results of the reliability correction coefficient are given for different types of components according to the live-dead-load effect ratio. The results show that the reliability index of all kinds of components is increased by the increment of 1.4 to 2.4. When the ratio of live and dead load is less than 1, the reliability index of the component is increased by 0.2, the reliability index of the component is increased by 0.1-0.3, and the live-dead-load effect ratio is greater than 1. the reliability index of the component is higher than the large component reliability index value, and the reliability index of the component is greatly influenced by the vehicle load sub-item coefficient; the proposed reliability correction coefficient can adjust the resistance value to meet the requirement of the target reliable index, The coefficient is distributed between 0.4 and 1.1, and the distribution of the reliability correction coefficient of each type component is consistent, and the coefficient is reduced with the increase of the live and constant load effect ratio and the vehicle load sub-item coefficient.
