城市道路步行系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)體系與方法研究

【摘要】:隨著生活水平的提高,居民出行方式呈多樣化的發(fā)展趨勢;同時,諸如交通擁擠、交通安全、交通環(huán)境等問題愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重。其中,步行道路設(shè)施與環(huán)境的不完善造成居民步行出行比例的下降和小汽車出行比例的上升。隨著“綠色”、“低碳”、“以人為本”等交通理念的發(fā)展,道路步行交通系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)等逐漸得到重視,相關(guān)理論與方法也逐步成為研究的焦點(diǎn)。城市道路步行系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)體系對指導(dǎo)城市道路步行系統(tǒng)改善工作、建立良性城市道路步行系統(tǒng)具有重要的意義。本文以城市道路步行系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)體系為研究對象。從設(shè)施水平、環(huán)境水平和運(yùn)行水平三個方面出發(fā)建立評價指標(biāo)體系;谠u價指標(biāo)體系,研究城市道路步行系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)體系的評價基準(zhǔn)和評價方法研究。主要包括以下內(nèi)容:首先,論文對城市道路步行系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)理論分析。通過闡述步行交通的定義、定位及特征分析,分析了道路步行系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、系統(tǒng)特征,進(jìn)而明確道路步行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則。其次,通過運(yùn)用交叉分析法初步選取評價指標(biāo)、運(yùn)用專家評分法優(yōu)化評價指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了含有設(shè)施水平指標(biāo)、環(huán)境水平指標(biāo)和運(yùn)行水平指標(biāo)的城市道路步行系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)體系。結(jié)合各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的計(jì)算方式,基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范法、計(jì)算映射法、綜合分析法三種方法確定指標(biāo)的評價基準(zhǔn),進(jìn)而確定城市道路系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)的評價等級。在分析常見評價方法適用范圍的基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于層次分析法和熵權(quán)法的數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法,用于評價城市道路步行系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而判斷其評價道路的有效性,即衡量其設(shè)施、環(huán)境水平與運(yùn)行水平的協(xié)調(diào)程度。最后,以北京市三里河、金融街區(qū)域?yàn)榘咐?基于城市道路步行系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)體系和方法,對其道路步行系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行評價。并根據(jù)評價結(jié)果明確其城市道路步行系統(tǒng)的改善方向,同時驗(yàn)證了城市道路步行系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)體系與方法的可行性及實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard, residents' travel mode is becoming more and more diversified. At the same time, the problems such as traffic congestion, traffic safety, traffic environment and so on are becoming more and more serious. Among them, the imperfection of walking road facilities and environment leads to the decrease of the proportion of residents walking trip and the increase of the proportion of car travel. With the development of "green", "low carbon", "people-oriented" and so on, the planning and design of road walking traffic system have been paid more and more attention, and the relevant theories and methods have gradually become the focus of research. The evaluation index system of urban road walking system is of great significance to guide the improvement of urban road walking system and to establish a benign urban road walking system. This paper takes the evaluation index system of urban road walking system as the research object. The evaluation index system is established from three aspects: facility level, environment level and operation level. Based on the evaluation index system, the evaluation criteria and methods of the evaluation index system of urban road walking system are studied. The main contents are as follows: first, the paper carries on the basic theory analysis to the urban road walking system. Based on the definition, location and characteristic analysis of walking traffic, this paper analyzes the system composition and system characteristics of road walking system, and then clarifies the design principles of road walking system. Secondly, the evaluation index system of urban road walking system including facility level index, environment level index and operation level index is constructed by using cross analysis method to select evaluation index and expert scoring method to optimize evaluation index. Combined with the calculation methods of each index, based on the standard specification method, the calculation mapping method and the comprehensive analysis method, the evaluation benchmark of the index is determined, and then the evaluation grade of the evaluation index of the urban road system is determined. On the basis of analyzing the applicable scope of common evaluation methods, the paper puts forward the data envelopment analysis method based on AHP and entropy weight method, which is used to evaluate the urban road walking system, and then to judge the effectiveness of the evaluation road, that is, to measure its facilities. The degree of coordination between the environmental level and the operational level. Finally, taking the area of Sanlihe and Financial Street in Beijing as an example, based on the evaluation index system and method of urban road walking system, the paper evaluates the road walking system. According to the evaluation results, the improvement direction of the urban road walking system is determined, and the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation index system and method of the urban road walking system are verified.
