甘肅夏熱冬寒區(qū)瀝青路面車轍防治技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本課題研究通過(guò)氣候特征調(diào)研,得出甘肅省大部地區(qū)屬夏熱冬寒區(qū);選取典型路段進(jìn)行車輛軸載調(diào)研,得出交通量中六軸貨車最多,兩軸車輛次之;分析了各類車型軸載、整車重,得出單軸最大荷載多大于規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸載,且隨軸數(shù)的增多,軸載的增大呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì);通過(guò)綜合分析,得出了本課題調(diào)研路段屬重載交通。在氣候調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,選取部分路段進(jìn)行了車轍調(diào)研,得出了瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性能對(duì)車轍的影響較大;混合料的骨架結(jié)構(gòu)和細(xì)集料的比例直接影響車轍形成;在道路的交叉路口和邊坡路段更易發(fā)生車轍病害;因此,應(yīng)重視混合料原材料合理選用、配合比優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、添加改良劑,合理的結(jié)構(gòu)組合設(shè)計(jì)等,以提高瀝青路面抗車轍能力。根據(jù)車轍調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),開(kāi)展了瀝青混合料室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得出了在60℃條件下,級(jí)配和瀝青對(duì)于瀝青混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性影響顯著,而添加劑則對(duì)瀝青混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性能影響更為顯著,按影響顯著性水平大小排序依次為:添加劑級(jí)配瀝青。根據(jù)不同劑量抗車轍劑SUP-20瀝青混合料的試驗(yàn),確定臨合高速公路瀝青路面中面層得最佳抗車轍劑摻量為4‰,添加抗車轍劑后動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度得到提高,且不損害混合料的低溫性能和抗水損害性能;基于貝雷法進(jìn)行橡膠瀝青SMA-13混合料級(jí)配的優(yōu)化,其高溫穩(wěn)定性較好,且橡膠瀝青SMA-13混合料的低溫抗裂性和抗水損害能力均符合技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。最后,依托工程臨合高速公路路面施工,對(duì)路面結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,中面層混合料添加抗車轍劑,上面層混合料改為橡膠瀝青SMA-13混合料,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)路鋪筑現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)及跟蹤檢測(cè)結(jié)果的分析,經(jīng)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)后的試驗(yàn)段抗車轍瀝青路面的抗車轍性能得到明顯改善,試驗(yàn)路段路面的使用性能保持較好;根據(jù)試驗(yàn)路經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益分析,采用改進(jìn)的抗車轍瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu),會(huì)增加建設(shè)成本,但是瀝青路面的路用性能會(huì)提高,因而會(huì)提高使用壽命,相較于后期的養(yǎng)護(hù)維修費(fèi)用很小,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of climate characteristics, this paper concludes that most areas of Gansu Province belong to hot summer and cold winter region, select typical sections of road to carry out vehicle axle load investigation, and draw the conclusion that six axle trucks are the most in traffic volume, and two axle vehicles are the second. The axle load of all kinds of vehicles is analyzed and the whole vehicle weight is analyzed. The results show that the maximum load of single axle is more than the standard axle load, and with the increase of axle number, the axial load increases with the increase of axle number. Through comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that the research section of this subject belongs to heavy load traffic. On the basis of climate investigation, some sections of the road were selected for rutting investigation, and it was concluded that the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture had a great impact on rutting, and the ratio of skeleton structure of mixture and fine aggregate directly affected the rutting formation. In order to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement, we should pay more attention to the rational selection of raw materials, optimum design of mix ratio, addition of modifier and reasonable structural combination design in order to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement. According to the rut investigation data, the indoor experimental study of asphalt mixture is carried out.
