【摘要】：制備了膠粉改性瀝青(CRMA)并在實驗室中進(jìn)行老化,并在老化后的CRMA中添加苯乙烯—丁二烯—苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)、橡膠油、膠粉進(jìn)行再生。以SBS質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、橡膠油質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、膠粉質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)以及再生溫度作為四因素進(jìn)行正交實驗,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行極差和方差分析,探究各因素對再生CRMA性質(zhì)的影響,并對其進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。實驗結(jié)果表明,各因素對再生CRMA性質(zhì)影響程度大小依次為:溫度、SBS質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、橡膠油質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、膠粉質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù);優(yōu)化結(jié)果為:SBS的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1%,橡膠油的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為6%,膠粉的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為7%,再生溫度為200℃,在此方案下制備的再生CRMA各項性質(zhì)符合中石化CRMA-Ⅲ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Rubber powder modified asphalt (CRMA) was prepared and aged in laboratory. Styrene butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS), rubber oil was added to CRMA after aging and the rubber powder was regenerated. The orthogonal experiments were carried out with SBS mass fraction, rubber oil mass fraction, rubber powder mass fraction and regeneration temperature as four factors. The results were analyzed by range and variance, and the effects of each factor on the properties of regenerated CRMA were investigated and optimized. The experimental results show that the influence of various factors on the properties of regenerated CRMA is as follows: temperature, SBS mass fraction, rubber oil mass fraction, rubber powder mass fraction; The optimized results are as follows: the mass fraction of SBS is 1: 1, the mass fraction of rubber oil is 6, the mass fraction of rubber powder is 7, and the regeneration temperature is 200 鈩，
