【摘要】：以城市中心區(qū)的停車問(wèn)題為主要研究對(duì)象,總結(jié)了城市中心區(qū)的停車特性。分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、在城市中心區(qū)停車特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了停車需求預(yù)測(cè)、泊位共享理論、泊位共享分配策略等問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建了基于向量自回歸預(yù)測(cè)的泊位共享優(yōu)化算法。最后以重慶市江北區(qū)行政服務(wù)中心區(qū)域?yàn)閷?shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,對(duì)該區(qū)域進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集、分析和總結(jié),為理論研究提供實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Taking the parking problem of urban center district as the main research object, the parking characteristics of city center district are summarized. Based on the characteristics of parking in urban center, the parking demand prediction, berth sharing theory, berth sharing allocation strategy and so on are analyzed, and the optimization algorithm of berth sharing based on vector autoregressive prediction is constructed. Finally, taking the administrative service center area of Jiangbei District of Chongqing as the experimental object, the data collection, analysis and summary of the area are carried out, which provides an example for theoretical research and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
