協(xié)效劑對膨脹阻燃聚丙烯基木塑復(fù)合材料的阻燃增效研究

【摘要】:賦予木塑復(fù)合材料(WPC)的阻燃性能成為近年來該領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)外的研究熱點之一。本文通過兩輪正交試驗,研究8種常見的協(xié)效劑對膨脹型阻燃劑(IFRs,m(聚磷酸銨,APP)∶m(季戊四醇,PER)=2∶1)的阻燃增效作用,篩選出具有顯著協(xié)效作用的協(xié)效劑組MgO/EG(可膨脹石墨)/SiO_2,其組成為m(MgO)∶m(EG)∶m(SiO_2)=1∶5∶5,其與IFRs的最佳配比為m(IFRs)∶m(MgO/EG/SiO_2)=1∶0.18,得到性能良好的阻燃型聚丙烯基木塑復(fù)合材料。通過熱重分析(TGA)和錐形量熱分析(CONE)評價IFRs及協(xié)效劑組對聚丙烯(PP)基木塑復(fù)合材料(WPC)熱穩(wěn)定性能和阻燃性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,IFRs及MgO/EG/SiO_2的加入可以有效提高WPC的熱穩(wěn)定性,WPC/IFRs/MgO/EG/SiO_2600℃的殘?zhí)柯蔬_(dá)到22.42%。WPC/IFRs的熱釋放速率峰(PHRR)、總熱釋放量(THR)和總煙釋放量(TSP)相比于WPC分別降低了21.9%、8.7%和22%。MgO/EG/SiO_2的加入可以進(jìn)一步提高IFRs的阻燃效率,WPC/IFRs/MgO/EG/SiO_2的PHRR和THR相比于WPC分別降低了33.0%和13.8%。
[Abstract]:The flame retardancy of wood plastic composites (WPC) has become one of the research hotspots at home and abroad in recent years. The flame retardancy and synergism of eight common synergistic agents on intumescent flame retardants (IFRsm (ammonium polyphosphate app): M (pentaerythritol per) 2: 1) were studied by two rounds of orthogonal experiments. A synergist group MgO / EG (expandable graphite / SiO2) / SiO2 was selected. Its composition is m (MgO): M (EG): M (EG): M (SiO2) 1: 5: 5, and the best ratio of IFRs to IFRs is m (IFRs):% m (MgOr / EG / SiO2) 1: 0.18.The flame retardant polypropylene matrix composites with good properties are obtained. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and conical calorimetry (Cone) were used to evaluate the effects of IFRs and synergistic agents on the thermal stability and flame retardancy of polypropylene (PP)-based wood-plastic composites (WPC).
