天然水硬性石灰在不同碳化條件下的水化反應

【摘要】:為了探究不同碳化條件對天然水硬性石灰水化過程的影響,繼而認識到養(yǎng)護條件中的碳化作用對天然水硬性石灰早期強度和養(yǎng)護時間的影響,模擬制備了不同碳化條件下的樣品,用X射線衍射(XRD)、熱重分析(TG)、紅外光譜(IR)、掃描電子顯微鏡和X-射線能譜分析(SEM-EDX)測試和比較養(yǎng)護前后天然水硬性石灰成分、結構、形貌的變化。研究表明,天然水硬性石灰水化生成水化硅酸鈣(CSH)、氫氧化鈣(Ca(OH)_2)的反應與CSH、Ca(OH)_2的碳化反應同時進行,并且Ca(OH)_2的碳化速率大于水化反應生成Ca(OH)_2的速率。隨著養(yǎng)護齡期增加CSH逐漸由細小的針棒狀結構生長為粗大的棒狀結構,隨后又逐漸變短并最終完全碳化為方解石晶型的碳酸鈣(CaCO_3)形貌。天然水硬性石灰水化產(chǎn)物的碳化作用能促進其水化反應進程。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effects of different carbonation conditions on the hydration process of natural hydrated lime, and then to recognize the effect of carbonation in curing conditions on the early strength and curing time of natural hydrated lime, Samples were prepared under different carbonization conditions. The changes of composition, structure and morphology of natural hydrated lime before and after curing were measured and compared by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGN), infrared spectroscopy (IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the reaction of natural hydrated calcium silicate and calcium hydroxide CaOH-2) is carried out simultaneously with the carbonization reaction of CSH and CaOHJ, and the carbonation rate of Ca(OH)_2 is higher than that of hydration to form Ca(OH)_2. With the increase of curing age, CSH gradually grew from fine needle rod structure to coarse rod structure, then gradually shortened and finally completely carbonized into calcite crystal form of calcium carbonate CaCO3) morphology. The carbonation of natural hydrated limestone can promote its hydration process.
