【摘要】：本文以改革開放至今中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行環(huán)境作為研究背景,從宏觀的層次闡述要素扭曲對(duì)于出口的影響。改革開放后,由于體制慣性,對(duì)要素市場(chǎng)價(jià)格改革一直滯后,時(shí)至今日,盡管大多數(shù)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)機(jī)制調(diào)節(jié),但是重要生產(chǎn)要素價(jià)格依然由政府控制。 本文從一般價(jià)格均衡理論入手,構(gòu)建中國市場(chǎng)價(jià)格決定機(jī)制研究的基本理論分析框架。系統(tǒng)闡述要素市場(chǎng)扭曲的界定,回顧要素市場(chǎng)扭曲理論,揭示中國改革開放三十年以來的要素價(jià)格發(fā)展路程,深入分析價(jià)格調(diào)整與價(jià)格變動(dòng)的分配意義,說明計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下要素市場(chǎng)扭曲的形成原因與表現(xiàn)形式。 文章利用公開發(fā)布的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),采用永續(xù)盤存法測(cè)算了資本存量,利用索羅殘差法運(yùn)用C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)測(cè)算了1979-2010年的全要素生產(chǎn)率。最后,采用C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)方法測(cè)度要素價(jià)格扭曲,即通過對(duì)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)的估計(jì)求出要素的邊際產(chǎn)出,也就是要素應(yīng)得的報(bào)酬；測(cè)算了改革開放三十年的中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的要素市場(chǎng)扭曲的程度。 文章最后利用1979-2010年的宏觀數(shù)據(jù)來考察要素市場(chǎng)扭曲的程度與出口貿(mào)易之間的關(guān)系,說明市場(chǎng)扭曲是我國出口比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的來源。以往的研究比較強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)外開放的因素,但他們未能有效地解釋為什么中國的出口貿(mào)易的增長非常容易遭受外部沖擊的影響以及貿(mào)易條件為什么持續(xù)惡化。為此本文強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)內(nèi)開放因素,從國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)扭曲這一新的角度重新審視中國出口的決定因素。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the economic operation environment of China's economic system transformation period as the research background, from the macro level to explain the impact of factor distortion on exports. After reform and opening up, due to institutional inertia. The reform of factor market price has been lagging behind. Today, although the price of most products has been regulated by market mechanism, the price of important factor of production is still controlled by the government. Starting with the general price equilibrium theory, this paper constructs a basic theoretical analysis framework for the study of the price determination mechanism in China's market, systematically expounds the definition of factor market distortion, and reviews the factor market distortion theory. This paper reveals the development of factor price in China since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, and analyzes the significance of price adjustment and price change. Explain the reason and form of factor market distortion under planned economy system and market economy system. This paper calculates the capital stock by the method of perpetual inventory and the total factor productivity of 1979-2010 by using the C-D production function using the Solow residual method. The method of C-D production function is used to measure factor price distortion, that is to say, the marginal output of factor is calculated by estimating the production function, that is, the reward due to factor; This paper estimates the degree of distortion of the factor market of China's economy after 30 years of reform and opening up. Finally, we use the macro data from 1979 to 2010 to study the relationship between the distortion of factor market and export trade. It shows that market distortion is the source of China's export comparative advantage. Previous studies have emphasized the factors of opening to the outside world. But they fail to explain why the growth of China's export trade is very vulnerable to external shocks and why the terms of trade continue to deteriorate. Reexamine the determinants of China's exports from a new perspective of domestic market distortions.
