湖南省高校社會體育指導與管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)與社會需求的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】：隨著我國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的深入發(fā)展和全民健身計劃的不斷深入，國民健身意識逐步增強，人們對健身健美、休閑娛樂、保健康復等社會體育活動的需求逐年增加。這必然導致社會對體育相關人才需求增加，為滿足社會需要，湖南省有十五所高校相繼開設該了社會體育指導與管理專業(yè)。 根據(jù)社會需求狀況理論分析，湖南省社會體育指導與管理專業(yè)就業(yè)應呈供不應求的狀況。但通過對湖南省部分開設該專業(yè)的高校及畢業(yè)生的調(diào)查，發(fā)現(xiàn)其就業(yè)形勢卻并不樂觀。因此只有深入調(diào)查研究存在的問題，才能指導高校調(diào)整辦學思路，提高就業(yè)率。 本研究通過對湖南省高校社會體育指導與管理專業(yè)培養(yǎng)模式及人才市場需求進行調(diào)查，運用查閱文獻資料、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)查、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等方法進行研究。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)目前該專業(yè)招生規(guī)模處于穩(wěn)定發(fā)展時期，但大多數(shù)公辦高校該專業(yè)培養(yǎng)存在目標范圍廣、缺乏專業(yè)特色、課程設置特點不突出等問題，調(diào)查還發(fā)現(xiàn)部分學校教學條件和師資不能滿足教學要求的情況的存在。調(diào)查結(jié)果認為，從社會需求來看，專業(yè)對口需求較多的是各類體育健身中心，，而湖南省各事業(yè)單位（包括學校）基本上對該專業(yè)沒有需求。通過分析認為各高校在人才培養(yǎng)中應著重培養(yǎng)學生的基本知識、基本技能、綜合素質(zhì)，以此來提高學生的個人發(fā)展?jié)摿蛯嵺`能力，并應在擇業(yè)過程中對學生進行面試技巧培訓,畢業(yè)生應改變自身觀念、提高綜合素質(zhì)，加強對就業(yè)政策和就業(yè)形式的了解。為了解決以上的問題，本研究提出了相應的建議和對策。以達到促進該專業(yè)的健康發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)社會需求合格人才、促進學生就業(yè)的目的，并為該專業(yè)的課程體系改革與建設提供理論依據(jù)和有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of politics, economy and culture in China and the deepening of national fitness plan, the consciousness of national fitness has been gradually strengthened, and the demand for social sports activities such as fitness, recreation, health care and rehabilitation has been increasing year by year. In order to meet the needs of the society, fifteen colleges and universities in Hunan Province have set up the major of social sports guidance and management one after another. According to the theory of social demand, the employment of social sports guidance and management in Hunan Province should be in short supply. But through the investigation of the colleges and graduates in Hunan province, it is found that the employment situation is not optimistic. Therefore, only by in-depth investigation and study of the existing problems, can we guide colleges and universities to adjust their ideas and increase the employment rate. Through the investigation of the training mode of social sports guidance and management major and the demand of talent market in colleges and universities of Hunan Province, the author uses the methods of consulting literature, interview with experts, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. The investigation found that the enrollment scale of this major is in a stable development period, but most of the public colleges and universities have some problems such as wide target range, lack of specialty characteristics, lack of outstanding curriculum characteristics, and so on. The investigation also found that some school teaching conditions and teachers can not meet the teaching requirements. The investigation results show that, from the point of view of social demand, the professional counterpart needs more of all kinds of sports fitness centers, while Hunan Province institutions (including schools) basically have no demand for this major. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the students' basic knowledge, basic skills and comprehensive quality should be cultivated in colleges and universities in order to improve the students' personal development potential and practical ability. In addition, the students should be trained in interview skills in the course of choosing a job, and graduates should change their own ideas, improve their comprehensive quality, and strengthen their understanding of employment policies and forms of employment. In order to solve the above problems, this study put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. In order to promote the healthy development of the major, train the qualified talents of the society, promote the employment of students, and provide the theoretical basis and beneficial reference for the reform and construction of the curriculum system of the major.
