湖南省高校社會體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)與社會需求的調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:With the development of politics, economy and culture in China and the deepening of national fitness plan, the consciousness of national fitness has been gradually strengthened, and the demand for social sports activities such as fitness, recreation, health care and rehabilitation has been increasing year by year. In order to meet the needs of the society, fifteen colleges and universities in Hunan Province have set up the major of social sports guidance and management one after another. According to the theory of social demand, the employment of social sports guidance and management in Hunan Province should be in short supply. But through the investigation of the colleges and graduates in Hunan province, it is found that the employment situation is not optimistic. Therefore, only by in-depth investigation and study of the existing problems, can we guide colleges and universities to adjust their ideas and increase the employment rate. Through the investigation of the training mode of social sports guidance and management major and the demand of talent market in colleges and universities of Hunan Province, the author uses the methods of consulting literature, interview with experts, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. The investigation found that the enrollment scale of this major is in a stable development period, but most of the public colleges and universities have some problems such as wide target range, lack of specialty characteristics, lack of outstanding curriculum characteristics, and so on. The investigation also found that some school teaching conditions and teachers can not meet the teaching requirements. The investigation results show that, from the point of view of social demand, the professional counterpart needs more of all kinds of sports fitness centers, while Hunan Province institutions (including schools) basically have no demand for this major. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the students' basic knowledge, basic skills and comprehensive quality should be cultivated in colleges and universities in order to improve the students' personal development potential and practical ability. In addition, the students should be trained in interview skills in the course of choosing a job, and graduates should change their own ideas, improve their comprehensive quality, and strengthen their understanding of employment policies and forms of employment. In order to solve the above problems, this study put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. In order to promote the healthy development of the major, train the qualified talents of the society, promote the employment of students, and provide the theoretical basis and beneficial reference for the reform and construction of the curriculum system of the major.
