【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化已成為當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化不斷發(fā)展的背景下，各個(gè)國(guó)家之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作不斷擴(kuò)大和深化，使區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了巨大發(fā)展。世界各國(guó)為了順應(yīng)時(shí)代的潮流，都積極加入到經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的大軍中，通過(guò)與相鄰國(guó)家建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的方式來(lái)促進(jìn)本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。中國(guó)與俄羅斯同為“金磚國(guó)家”，在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)重要位置，兩國(guó)在地域上相鄰，政治基礎(chǔ)牢靠，并且在資源與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)上具有很強(qiáng)比較優(yōu)勢(shì)和互補(bǔ)性，這都為中俄兩國(guó)的經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。2011年12月，俄羅斯成功地加入了世界貿(mào)易組織，結(jié)束了長(zhǎng)達(dá)十八年之久的入世歷程，為兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的發(fā)展開(kāi)啟了新的篇章。盡管近年來(lái)中國(guó)和俄羅斯的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系得到了巨大發(fā)展，但是與兩國(guó)的政治關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力以及在國(guó)際事務(wù)中的大國(guó)地位不相符，中俄貿(mào)易額并沒(méi)有在兩國(guó)的貿(mào)易總額中占據(jù)應(yīng)有的份額，兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仍有很大的上升空間。在此背景下，本文對(duì)中俄建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)進(jìn)行了研究和分析。 本文在分析中國(guó)和俄羅斯經(jīng)貿(mào)合作現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)收集大量的數(shù)據(jù)資料，采用理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，從多角度探討了中俄建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題，其中對(duì)兩國(guó)建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的影響因素進(jìn)行分析；重點(diǎn)論述了中俄建立自貿(mào)區(qū)的可行性，運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建一元線性回歸模型對(duì)中俄建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響以及相關(guān)貿(mào)易指數(shù)進(jìn)行分析；借鑒世界其他主要自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，，對(duì)進(jìn)一步深化中俄區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作提出了一些政策與建議。 通過(guò)本文的研究，可以得到建立中俄自由貿(mào)易區(qū)是可行的結(jié)論。盡管中俄在建立自貿(mào)區(qū)的過(guò)程中存在著許多制約因素，但中國(guó)和俄羅斯政府應(yīng)大力支持和鼓勵(lì)，充分利用地緣、政治、資源互補(bǔ)等優(yōu)勢(shì)，從兩國(guó)的共同的利益出發(fā)，積極開(kāi)展多方面、多領(lǐng)域的合作，加強(qiáng)溝通與深入了解，克服障礙，攜手共進(jìn)。建立中俄自由貿(mào)易區(qū)是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的、復(fù)雜的過(guò)程，合作的道路雖然是曲折的，兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的前景卻是光明的。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization and regional economic integration have become an important trend of economic development in the world today. Under the background of the continuous development of economic integration, the economic and trade cooperation between various countries has been continuously expanded and deepened. In order to conform to the trend of the times, all countries in the world have actively joined the army of economic integration. China and Russia are the "BRICS" countries, which occupy an important position in the world economy. The two countries are geographically adjacent and have a strong political foundation. Moreover, it has strong comparative advantages and complementarities in terms of resources and industrial structure, which have laid a solid foundation for the economic and trade development of China and Russia. In December 2011, Russia successfully joined the World Trade Organization. The end of the 18-year WTO accession process has opened a new chapter for the development of economic and trade activities between the two countries. Although the economic and trade relations between China and Russia have developed tremendously in recent years, they have enjoyed political relations with the two countries. Economic strength and the status of a major power in international affairs are not in line with each other. Sino-Russian trade volume does not occupy the share of the total trade between the two countries, and there is still a lot of room for economic and trade growth between the two countries. In this context, This article has carried on the research and the analysis to the establishment of the free trade zone between China and Russia. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis by collecting a large amount of data. This paper probes into the related problems of the establishment of free trade zone between China and Russia from many angles, including the analysis of the factors influencing the establishment of free trade zone between China and Russia, and the feasibility of establishing free trade zone between China and Russia. Using the data to build a linear regression model to analyze the economic impact and related trade index of the establishment of free trade area between China and Russia, and to learn from the experience of other major free trade zones in the world. Some policies and suggestions have been put forward to further deepen the regional economic cooperation between China and Russia. Through the research of this paper, we can draw the conclusion that it is feasible to establish the Sino-Russian Free Trade area. Although there are many restrictive factors in the process of establishing the Free Trade area, the Chinese and Russian governments should support and encourage it. Making full use of the advantages of geography, politics, and complementary resources, proceeding from the common interests of the two countries, actively developing multifaceted and multi-field cooperation, strengthening communication and in-depth understanding, and overcoming obstacles. The establishment of a Sino-Russian free trade zone is a long and complicated process. Although the path of cooperation is tortuous, the prospects for the development of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries are bright.
