文章摘要：當(dāng)前,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的不確定性仍然存在,而WTO多邊自由貿(mào)易談判卻舉步維艱,亞太地區(qū)各經(jīng)濟(jì)體轉(zhuǎn)為更加積極地參與到區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化合作進(jìn)程之中。另一方面,美國(guó)高調(diào)實(shí)施＂重返亞太＂戰(zhàn)略又使得本地區(qū)的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局面臨一場(chǎng)激烈變革,亞太各國(guó)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化戰(zhàn)略也必須隨之進(jìn)行全面調(diào)整。東南亞國(guó)家聯(lián)盟（ASEAN）作為亞太地區(qū)扮演重要角色的發(fā)展中成員聯(lián)盟,仍舊堅(jiān)持實(shí)行以提升自身凝聚力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以＂大國(guó)平衡＂戰(zhàn)略為基本方針,以東亞地區(qū)合作為優(yōu)先方向的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化戰(zhàn)略。面對(duì)著新機(jī)遇和新挑戰(zhàn),ASEAN參與未來(lái)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化合作將更為積極、更為務(wù)實(shí),這也將對(duì)未來(lái)的APEC發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。

Abstr：The global economic recovery is still uncertain at present. As the process of WTO multilateral trade negotiations is difficult, Asia - Pacific economies have to participate into the regional economic integration more actively. On the other hand, ＂Back to Asia - Pacific＂ strategy of the United States has made the region＇s political and economic situations facing a drastic change. The countries of the Asia - Pacific must also conduct a comprehensive adjustment of their regional eco- nomic integration strategies. The Association of Southeast Asian Nations （ASEAN）, as the developing countries alliance which plays an important role in the Asia - Pacific region, still complement the core principles of its regional economic inte- gration strategy to promote ASEAN＇s concentration and competition, to maintain ＂Balance of Powers＂ strategy, and to en- force East - Asian Cooperation as priority. Facing the new opportunities and challenges, ASEAN will be more active in the future regional economic integration, which would influence the forthcoming development of APEC cooperation deeply.
