耕地細(xì)碎化對(duì)耕地利用效率的影響——基于不同經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模農(nóng)戶的實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:耕地細(xì)碎化是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的突出問(wèn)題,解決耕地細(xì)碎化問(wèn)題是提高耕地利用效率的關(guān)鍵;谵r(nóng)戶耕地經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模劃分農(nóng)戶類型,利用武漢城市圈部分區(qū)縣農(nóng)戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用DEA-Tobit模型分析了地塊平均面積表征的耕地細(xì)碎化對(duì)耕地利用效率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:1)小規(guī)模農(nóng)戶耕地經(jīng)營(yíng)面積平均為0.194 hm~2,利用效率為0.360;中規(guī)模農(nóng)戶耕地經(jīng)營(yíng)面積平均為0.492 hm~2,利用效率為0.446;大規(guī)模農(nóng)戶耕地經(jīng)營(yíng)面積平均為1.179 hm~2,利用效率為0.497;耕地利用效率與農(nóng)戶耕地經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。2)耕地細(xì)碎化對(duì)農(nóng)戶耕地利用效率具有顯著的影響,但對(duì)不同經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模農(nóng)戶的影響存在顯著差異;耕地細(xì)碎化對(duì)小規(guī)模農(nóng)戶的耕地利用效率具有正向作用,而對(duì)中、大規(guī)模農(nóng)戶的耕地利用效率具有負(fù)向作用;相對(duì)于小規(guī)模農(nóng)戶而言,細(xì)碎化對(duì)大規(guī)模農(nóng)戶的耕地利用效率的影響較大。因此,提高耕地利用效率,應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)耕地流轉(zhuǎn),為農(nóng)戶規(guī);(jīng)營(yíng)耕地創(chuàng)造條件;在大力推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī);(jīng)營(yíng)的過(guò)程中,應(yīng)將耕地整治與耕地流轉(zhuǎn)有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái),降低細(xì)碎化程度,以提高耕地利用效率。
[Abstract]:The fine fragmentation of cultivated land is a prominent problem in the development of modern agriculture in China, and the key to improve the utilization efficiency of cultivated land is to solve the problem of fine fragmentation of cultivated land. Based on the scale of farmland management of farmers and the survey data of some counties in Wuhan City Circle, DEA-Tobit model was used to analyze the effect of farmland fragmentation on the efficiency of cultivated land use. The results show that the average operating area of cultivated land for small farmers is 0.194 hmm2 and the utilization efficiency is 0.360; the average management area of cultivated land for middle scale farmers is 0.492 hmm2, and the utilization efficiency is 0.446; the average cultivated land area for large-scale peasant households is 1.179 hmm2, and the utilization efficiency is 2. The rate of cultivated land use efficiency is 0.497; the cultivated land use efficiency is positively correlated with the management scale of farm land. 2) the fine fragmentation of cultivated land has a significant effect on the farmland utilization efficiency of farmers. However, there are significant differences in the effects on farmers with different scale of management. The fineness of cultivated land has a positive effect on the utilization efficiency of small scale farmers, while it has a negative effect on the efficiency of cultivated land use of large scale farmers. Compared with small scale farmers, fineness has a great influence on the farmland utilization efficiency of large scale farmers. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of cultivated land use, cultivated land circulation should be encouraged to create conditions for farmers to manage cultivated land on a large scale, and in the process of vigorously promoting large-scale agricultural management, the improvement of cultivated land and the circulation of cultivated land should be organically combined. To reduce the degree of fineness in order to improve the utilization efficiency of cultivated land.
