長樂市土地利用動態(tài)變化研究

【摘要】:合理的土地利用配置,是解決城市發(fā)展與用地緊張矛盾的基礎(chǔ),隨著城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)化的深入推進,建設(shè)用地的需求將快速增長。長樂市作為福州新區(qū)、福建改革開放沿海經(jīng)濟區(qū)的一部分,其發(fā)展體現(xiàn)了福建省沿海地帶經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的特點,長樂市的土地利用態(tài)勢在未來的發(fā)展中勢必將發(fā)生大幅變化,而土地利用狀況的變化,在一定程度上映射出了土地利用方式作為一種經(jīng)濟綜合體發(fā)展的成果的體現(xiàn),在土地資源有限供給與快速城鎮(zhèn)化擴展對土地需求的矛盾上,研究長樂市在快速城鎮(zhèn)化的背景下的土地利用變化規(guī)律,并進行未來發(fā)展的土地利用變化的預(yù)測,可以為區(qū)域地方經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和土地管理部門提供重要參考;诮y(tǒng)計分析模型的馬爾柯夫模型在縣域單元上應(yīng)用較多,但是由于傳統(tǒng)的馬爾柯夫模型在實踐中多是只是以簡單的轉(zhuǎn)移矩陣來作為進行計算依據(jù),而對于原有的GIS信息利用不足,使得進行模擬只體現(xiàn)出一個宏觀指標(biāo),而沒有落實到具體空間上,因此本文在此基礎(chǔ)上進行了擴展,將土地利用的空間動態(tài)變化利用GIS結(jié)合領(lǐng)域單元的概念進行空間模擬。首先,基于DEM和遙感圖像對長樂市土地利用狀況進行解譯,通過面向?qū)ο蟮倪b感解譯方法,建立分類規(guī)則集,提高遙感影像解譯效率,部分解決常用的監(jiān)督分類方法在高分辨率信息自動提取解譯上的低效問題;其次,參照長樂市近30年的統(tǒng)計資料及歷史發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對長樂市的土地利用時空分異進行分析;最后,基于馬爾柯夫模型對長樂土地利用變化的預(yù)測,并結(jié)合領(lǐng)域單元的理念,對長樂市的土地利用空間動態(tài)變化進行模擬,從而將土地利用變化映射在地理空間上,促進馬爾柯夫方法的空間化應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Rational land use allocation is the basis to solve the contradiction between urban development and land use tension. With the further development of urbanization and industrialization, the demand for construction land will grow rapidly. As a new area of Fuzhou and part of Fujian's economic zone of reform and opening up, the development of Changle City reflects the characteristics of the economic development mode of the coastal zone of Fujian Province. The land use situation of Changle City is bound to undergo significant changes in the future development. The change of land use condition, to a certain extent, reflects the achievement of land use mode as a kind of economic complex development, and the contradiction between the limited supply of land resources and the rapid urbanization and expansion of land demand. The study on the law of land use change in Changle city under the background of rapid urbanization and the prediction of land use change in the future can provide an important reference for the regional economic construction and land management department. The Markov model based on the statistical analysis model is widely used in the county unit, but the traditional Markov model is based on the simple transfer matrix in practice. But for the original GIS information is insufficient, so that the simulation only reflects a macro index, but not the implementation of the specific space, so this paper expanded on this basis, The spatial dynamic change of land use is simulated by GIS combined with the concept of domain unit. First of all, based on Dem and remote sensing images, the land use in Changle City is interpreted. Through object-oriented remote sensing interpretation method, the classification rule set is established to improve the efficiency of remote sensing image interpretation. It partly solves the inefficient problem of automatic extraction and interpretation of high-resolution information by the commonly used supervised classification methods. Secondly, according to the statistical data and historical development of Changle in recent 30 years, the space-time differentiation of land use in Changle is analyzed. Finally, based on the Markov model to predict the land use change in Changle, combined with the concept of domain unit, the paper simulates the dynamic change of land use space in Changle city, so that the land use change can be mapped to the geographical space. The spatial application of Markov method is promoted.
