【摘要】：近年來,由于我國(guó)政府對(duì)糧食生產(chǎn)的重視,推出了一系列的糧食保護(hù)政策,刺激了糧食生產(chǎn)的積極性,但同時(shí)也造成了產(chǎn)量高,庫(kù)存高,進(jìn)口高的“三高”局面的發(fā)生,不僅對(duì)財(cái)政造了巨大的壓力,也使環(huán)境逐步惡化。黑龍江省梧桐河農(nóng)場(chǎng)作為以生產(chǎn)大米為主要產(chǎn)品的國(guó)有農(nóng)場(chǎng),位于我國(guó)的三江平原,天然無污染的自然資源造就了這里的大米口感醇香,晶瑩飽滿。在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)步入新常態(tài)和過去的保護(hù)政策弊端顯現(xiàn)的情況下,如何降低成本,提高收益,是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)者的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文以實(shí)地調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),以合理化為方向,從梧桐河農(nóng)場(chǎng)歷史沿革和現(xiàn)狀入手對(duì)農(nóng)場(chǎng)做了概述;以水稻為例,對(duì)梧桐河農(nóng)場(chǎng)農(nóng)作物種植進(jìn)行分析,主要從生產(chǎn)成本,金融和保險(xiǎn),農(nóng)機(jī)的應(yīng)用,化肥的使用,農(nóng)藥的使用,農(nóng)場(chǎng)的規(guī)模等方面進(jìn)行分析;從國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際兩個(gè)角度對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格進(jìn)行梳理和分析,并對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格進(jìn)行了展望;以鄭州為調(diào)研目的地,對(duì)大米的營(yíng)銷做了分析;結(jié)合前面的調(diào)研,探討了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中存在的問題;從體制機(jī)制和品牌建設(shè)等方面提出了針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the importance attached by the Chinese government to grain production, a series of food protection policies have been put forward, which have stimulated the enthusiasm of grain production, but at the same time have caused the "three high" situation of high production, high stock and high import. Not only has it put great pressure on finance, but it has also made the environment worse. As a state-owned farm with rice as its main product, Wutong River Farm of Heilongjiang Province is located in the Sanjiang Plain of China. The natural and pollution-free natural resources make the rice taste mellow and crystal full. With China's economy stepping into the new normal and the malpractice of the past protection policy appearing, how to reduce the cost and increase the income is the urgent task for the agricultural producers. Based on field investigation and rationalization, this paper summarizes the history and present situation of Indus River Farm, takes rice as an example, analyzes crop planting in Indus River Farm, mainly from production cost. Finance and insurance, the application of agricultural machinery, the use of chemical fertilizer, the use of pesticides, the scale of farm, and so on, the price of agricultural products from the domestic and international perspectives were combed and analyzed, and the price of agricultural products was prospected. Taking Zhengzhou as the research destination, this paper analyzes the marketing of rice, discusses the problems existing in the process of agricultural production, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of system, mechanism and brand construction.
