供給側(cè)改革背景下PW農(nóng)業(yè)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的重大成就,但仍處在增長速度換檔期、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整陣痛期、前期刺激政策消化期“三期疊加”階段的現(xiàn)狀沒有改變,企業(yè)面臨著生產(chǎn)成本不斷上漲、產(chǎn)品供需錯配、資本利用效率低下、市場機(jī)制運(yùn)行不暢等結(jié)構(gòu)性問題。中小農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)也面臨食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、農(nóng)用地流轉(zhuǎn)租金過高、經(jīng)營模式單一、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入不足、同質(zhì)化生產(chǎn)嚴(yán)重、產(chǎn)品缺乏競爭力、附加值低、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力差、融資難等現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,企業(yè)如何轉(zhuǎn)型升級適應(yīng)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的要求,將是中小農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)長期面臨的嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。中小農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)應(yīng)跳出農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域思考發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以轉(zhuǎn)型升級調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)為目標(biāo),探尋改革新方法、新路徑。本文主要是依據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論,基于供給側(cè)改革要求的背景下,借鑒國內(nèi)外對企業(yè)以及農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的現(xiàn)狀,主要通對對現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及企業(yè)自身面臨的結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的現(xiàn)狀。分別采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)分析與微觀分析相結(jié)合的方法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法和SWOT分析法進(jìn)行分析研究。首先,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理原理和方法對PW公司所處的宏觀和行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究分析。然后,利用外部因素評價(jià)矩陣得出PW公司外部環(huán)境分析結(jié)論。再次,對內(nèi)部因素、能力資源進(jìn)行分析,主要圍繞農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)“勞動力、土地、資本、創(chuàng)新、制度”五大要素進(jìn)行分析,并利用內(nèi)部因素評價(jià)矩陣得出內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析結(jié)論。最后,根據(jù)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的要求,圍繞“去庫存、降成本、補(bǔ)短板”為主要任務(wù),運(yùn)用SWOT分析法為公司規(guī)劃發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并作出合適的戰(zhàn)略選擇,在此基礎(chǔ)上制定總體戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,然后,制定戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的路徑和保障措施。在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的良好環(huán)境和供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的背景下,PW公司面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇,但由于國際國內(nèi)的競爭形勢以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,公司經(jīng)營也面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,對PW公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做一些分析和研究是具有很重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。試圖為公司以及種植業(yè)企業(yè)提供實(shí)踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements, but it is still in the period of shift of growth rate, the period of structural adjustment and labor pain, the stage of "three superposition" in the early period of digestion of stimulus policy, and the present situation has not changed. Enterprises are faced with structural problems such as rising production cost, mismatch of product supply and demand, low efficiency of capital utilization and poor operation of market mechanism. Small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises are also faced with food consumption structure upgrading, agricultural land transfer rents are too high, business model is single, infrastructure investment is insufficient, homogeneous production is serious, products are not competitive, added value is low, and the ability to resist risks is poor. How to transform and upgrade enterprises to adapt to the demand of supply-side structural reform will be a severe test that small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises will face for a long time. Small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises should think out of the field of agriculture development strategy, take the transformation and upgrading of structure as the goal, explore new methods and new ways of reform. Based on the theory of enterprise development strategy and the background of supply-side reform, this paper draws lessons from the current situation of the research on the development strategy of enterprises and agricultural enterprises at home and abroad. The present situation of domestic economic development and the structural reform faced by enterprises themselves are discussed. The methods of literature research, macro-economic analysis and micro-analysis, field investigation and SWOT analysis are used respectively. Firstly, the macro and industry environment of PW Company is studied and analyzed by using the principles and methods of strategic management. Then, the external factor evaluation matrix is used to draw the conclusion of PW company's external environment analysis. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the internal factors and capacity resources, mainly focusing on the five elements of agricultural enterprises: labor force, land, capital, innovation and institution, and draws the conclusion of internal environment analysis by using the internal factor evaluation matrix. Finally, according to the demand of supply-side structural reform, focusing on the main task of "destocking, reducing cost, mending short board" as the main task, SWOT analysis method is used to plan the development strategy of the company and make the appropriate strategic choice. On this basis, make the overall strategy and business strategy, and then, make the implementation of the strategy path and safeguard measures. Under the background of favorable environment of agricultural modernization development and supply-side structural reform, PW Company is faced with unprecedented opportunities. However, due to the international and domestic competition situation and economic development situation, the company management is also faced with enormous challenges. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to do some analysis and research on PW Company's development strategy. Try to provide practical reference for companies and planting enterprises.
