【摘要】：本研究主要目的是為連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提出建議,為改善連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營管理、提高農(nóng)民就業(yè)增收效果等目標(biāo)研究具體措施,為調(diào)整當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)、旅游結(jié)構(gòu),解決"三農(nóng)問題",傳承農(nóng)村文化、習(xí)俗、技藝提供參考。本文基于國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地考察法、歸納總結(jié)法對(duì)連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。主要分緒論、正文、結(jié)語三個(gè)部分。緒論中,已有研究成果對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)概念、分類、功能、發(fā)展思路等做出了具體解釋,作者對(duì)這些研究做了研究述評(píng),發(fā)現(xiàn)還未有對(duì)連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展所做研究,已有成果中對(duì)于發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的對(duì)策隨著時(shí)代變化,不能長久發(fā)揮其效果,與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、具有創(chuàng)新意義的對(duì)策需要專業(yè)人士研究提出。正文有現(xiàn)狀、問題、對(duì)策三大塊。第一章主要分析了連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,簡要概括連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展舉措。連云港地處江蘇北端,地理位置特殊,資源豐富,作者對(duì)連云港城市特色如地理氣候、自然資源、歷史文化和旅游資源等進(jìn)行概況了解。選取連云港所在的蘇北地區(qū)700個(gè)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。對(duì)該地休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展從業(yè)態(tài)分布、建設(shè)時(shí)間、建設(shè)規(guī)模、帶動(dòng)農(nóng)戶數(shù)等方面進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,從數(shù)據(jù)分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題尋找原因�？偨Y(jié)出該市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展舉措,通過案例分析總結(jié)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第二章連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在問題,依據(jù)第一章現(xiàn)狀分析,結(jié)合實(shí)地考察,提出連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,共四小節(jié)包括宏觀管理、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入、特色項(xiàng)目建設(shè)、農(nóng)民增收、營銷策略等方面的問題。第三章連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策,針對(duì)第二章所提出問題,結(jié)合專業(yè)所學(xué)、借鑒優(yōu)秀案例、已有研究成果,提出涵蓋加強(qiáng)管理規(guī)范性、加大對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的投入、建立共享型電子信息平臺(tái)、打造休閑農(nóng)業(yè)村、擴(kuò)大農(nóng)民就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、豐富農(nóng)村精神生活和文化氛圍、大力發(fā)展創(chuàng)意休閑農(nóng)業(yè)、做好市場細(xì)分和定位、注重宣傳媒介的選擇和運(yùn)用、發(fā)展新穎電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)等方面的對(duì)策,為解決連云港休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問題提出新的路徑,在全省的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)工作中爭創(chuàng)先進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this study is to put forward suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture in Lianyungang, to improve the management of leisure agriculture in Lianyungang, and to study specific measures to improve the effect of increasing farmers' employment and income, and to adjust the structure of local agriculture and tourism. Solving the "three rural problems", inheriting rural culture, customs and techniques to provide reference. Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper studies the development of leisure agriculture in Lianyungang by literature research method, field investigation method, induction and summary method. In the introduction, the author has made a concrete explanation of the concept, classification, function and development ideas of leisure agriculture, and the author has made a review of these studies. It is found that no research has been done on the development of leisure agriculture in Lianyungang, and the countermeasures for the development of leisure agriculture in the past have not been able to give full play to its effect and keep pace with the times. Innovative countermeasures need to be studied and put forward by professionals. There are three parts in the text: current situation, problems and countermeasures. The first chapter mainly analyzes the present situation of Lianyungang leisure agriculture. Lianyungang is located at the northern end of Jiangsu Province, with special geographical position and abundant resources. The author gives a brief introduction to the urban characteristics of Lianyungang, such as geographical climate, natural resources, etc. History, culture and tourism resources are analyzed. The data of 700 leisure agricultural parks in northern Jiangsu Province, where Lianyungang is located, are analyzed. The development of leisure agriculture in this area is analyzed in terms of distribution, construction time and scale of construction. Driving the number of farmers and other aspects of data analysis, from the data analysis to find out the reasons for the problem, summed up the city's leisure agriculture development measures, through the case study to sum up the development experience. Chapter two Lianyungang leisure agriculture development problems, According to the analysis of the present situation in the first chapter, combined with the field investigation, the paper puts forward the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture in Lianyungang, including macro management, investment in infrastructure, construction of characteristic projects and increasing farmers' income. The third chapter of Lianyungang leisure agriculture development countermeasures, in view of the second chapter put forward problems, combined with professional learning, learn from outstanding cases, the existing research results, proposed to cover the strengthening of management norms, We will increase investment in infrastructure construction, establish shared electronic information platforms, build leisure agricultural villages, expand employment opportunities for farmers, enrich the spiritual life and cultural atmosphere in rural areas, vigorously develop creative leisure agriculture, and do a good job of market segmentation and positioning. In order to solve the problem of leisure agriculture in Lianyungang, we should pay attention to the choice and application of propaganda media, develop new electronic commerce platform and put forward a new way for solving the problem of leisure agriculture in Lianyungang, and strive for the advanced in the work of leisure agriculture in the whole province.
