【摘要】：我國農民專業(yè)合作社自《農民專業(yè)合作社法》出臺后有了長足進步,逐漸成為發(fā)展農村經濟,增加農民收入,提升土地利用效率的一項重要舉措。黨政機關、專家學者對此都高度重視,積極通過理論研究和親身實踐不斷促進農民合作社做大做強。雖然農民合作社現(xiàn)已遍布國內多地,但由于我國幅員遼闊,不同地區(qū)在經濟發(fā)展、文化歷史、地理狀況等方面都存在很大差異,所以各地農民合作社的發(fā)展狀況也不盡相同。本文通過搜集國內外合作經濟組織發(fā)展研究文獻,了解國內外合作經濟組織的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及主要發(fā)展模式,借助實地調查等研究方法對赤峰地區(qū)合作經濟組織的發(fā)展模式進行研究。重點歸納出當前赤峰地區(qū)合作經濟組織的四種發(fā)展模式,并將四種發(fā)展模式進行比較分析,提出了比較適合赤峰地區(qū)、未來發(fā)展?jié)摿^大的農牧民合作經濟組織發(fā)展模式。同時對現(xiàn)有模式下赤峰地區(qū)合作經濟組織發(fā)展過程中存在的普遍問題和不足進行了歸納整理,并提出了相應的解決對策。
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation of the Law on Farmers' specialized Cooperatives, China has made great progress and has gradually become an important measure to develop the rural economy, increase farmers' income and enhance the efficiency of land use. Experts and scholars attach great importance to this and actively promote the farmers' cooperatives to become bigger and stronger through theoretical research and personal practice. Although farmers' cooperatives are now spread over many places in China, due to the vast territory of our country, different regions are developing their economies. There are great differences in culture, history, geography and so on, so the development of farmers' cooperatives is different in different places. This paper collects the literature on the development of cooperative economic organizations at home and abroad. To understand the current situation and main development models of cooperative economic organizations at home and abroad, With the help of field investigation and other research methods, this paper studies the development model of cooperative economic organization in Chifeng area. The four development modes of cooperative economic organization in Chifeng area are summarized and compared. The development model of cooperative economic organization of farmers and herdsmen in Chifeng area is put forward, which is suitable for Chifeng area and has a great potential in the future. At the same time, the common problems and shortcomings in the development of cooperative economic organization in Chifeng area under the existing mode are summarized and sorted out. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
