基于自組織理論的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合研究

【摘要】:作為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)扶持的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè),旅游業(yè)具有涉及面廣、綜合性強(qiáng)的特性,使得融合發(fā)展成為提升其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要途徑。在這種背景下,對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展展開針對(duì)性的系統(tǒng)研究具有重大的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。深入研究旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的形成機(jī)理及其演進(jìn)的方式方法,有助于產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論框架結(jié)構(gòu)的完善和內(nèi)容的豐富,有助于更加合理地制定促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展的科學(xué)規(guī)劃。 本論文從自組織理論出發(fā),以旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的“為什么融?融什么?怎么融?融的結(jié)果是什么?”等問題展開詳細(xì)論述。 論文對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展中外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展已成為產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論應(yīng)用的重要領(lǐng)域。先后對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展及其在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)用的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分別綜述,并對(duì)作為本論文出發(fā)點(diǎn)的自組織理論做了歸納總結(jié)。 論文從自組織理論出發(fā),對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的自組織演進(jìn)主要取決于外部的客觀環(huán)境和內(nèi)在的動(dòng)力機(jī)制。影響系統(tǒng)自組織演進(jìn)的外部客觀環(huán)境主要包括政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境以及技術(shù)環(huán)境等。從政治環(huán)境方面看,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)扶持的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè),國(guó)家高度重視旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展;從經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境方面看,隨著收入水平的提高,人們對(duì)多元化、個(gè)性化旅游產(chǎn)品的需求增加,為新型旅游產(chǎn)品、旅游業(yè)態(tài)提供了良好市場(chǎng)前景;從社會(huì)環(huán)境方面看,隨著人們對(duì)生活品質(zhì)要求的提高,旅游成了人們的一種心理和精神需要;從技術(shù)方面看,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及其滲透擴(kuò)散往往是產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展中的先行者,為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合提供了重要的技術(shù)支撐。 競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與協(xié)同及二者間的相互作用,是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合自組織演進(jìn)的內(nèi)在的根本動(dòng)力。耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論認(rèn)為,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部子系統(tǒng)間的非線性關(guān)系,協(xié)同則又進(jìn)一步密切各子系統(tǒng)間的非線性關(guān)系,最終二者間形成依次遞進(jìn)的正反饋機(jī)制。 序參量是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合系統(tǒng)獲得了自組織演進(jìn)的根本動(dòng)力,主導(dǎo)著旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合中各子系統(tǒng)間相互作用的發(fā)揮,決定了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的方向和進(jìn)程。漲落及其關(guān)聯(lián)放大是與產(chǎn)業(yè)融合相關(guān)的序參量形成和有序化的必經(jīng)歷程。靜態(tài)地看,漲落及其關(guān)聯(lián)放大是對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的點(diǎn)偏離;動(dòng)態(tài)地看,漲落及其關(guān)聯(lián)放大是對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合趨勢(shì)的過程偏離。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合中各子系統(tǒng)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和協(xié)同作用的發(fā)揮,主要通過系統(tǒng)的漲落及其關(guān)聯(lián)放大來(lái)體現(xiàn)。 在對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析過程中,采用赫芬達(dá)爾指數(shù)法對(duì)部分旅游業(yè)上市公司的產(chǎn)業(yè)融合情況進(jìn)行了測(cè)評(píng)。目前我國(guó)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展僅處于低度的初級(jí)融合階段,同時(shí)提出適度融合概念,認(rèn)為適度融合對(duì)提升旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力至關(guān)重要,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展要與旅游業(yè)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的承受能力、消化能力相適應(yīng),從而更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的自組織演進(jìn)。 在對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析時(shí),可以從全局層面、產(chǎn)業(yè)層次和微觀個(gè)體等三個(gè)方面來(lái)研究旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。全局層面上表現(xiàn)為有助于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、提高社會(huì)福利水平、深化經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化等;產(chǎn)業(yè)層次上表現(xiàn)為對(duì)旅游業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)-行為-績(jī)效所造成的沖擊;微觀上主要包括增加就業(yè),提高從業(yè)人員收入水平等。 論文最后提出了促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的措施建議。一是放松經(jīng)濟(jì)管制,擴(kuò)大旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的開放性;加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)規(guī)范,促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展。二是針對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品供求方面主觀能力方面的影響,主張培育潛在顧客群方面進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略性布局,對(duì)于有消費(fèi)支付能力的潛在顧客而言,應(yīng)注意引導(dǎo)、培育其追求旅游時(shí)尚的理念。三是健全完善相關(guān)的制度設(shè)計(jì),規(guī)范旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展。四是針對(duì)旅游規(guī)劃不足對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的制約,主張規(guī)劃的最終目的是引導(dǎo)旅游業(yè)形成融合發(fā)展的自組織系統(tǒng),并以此出發(fā)來(lái)制定旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:As a strategic industry supported by the state, tourism has a broad and comprehensive characteristic, which makes the development of integration an important way to improve its competitive advantage. In this context, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the integration and development of the tourism industry. The formation mechanism of the development of the industry integration and the ways and means of its evolution will help to improve the structure of the theoretical framework of industrial integration and enrich the content, and help to make a more reasonable scientific plan for promoting the sustainable and rapid development of the tourism industry.
This paper, starting with the theory of self-organization, takes the integration and development of tourism industry as the research object, and discusses in detail the problems of "why melts, how to melt, and what is the result of financial integration" in the development of tourism industry.
The paper systematically reviews the literature of the integration and development of tourism industry. The integration and development of tourism industry has become an important field for the application of the theory of industrial integration. It summarizes the related literature of industrial integration and its application in tourism industry, and summarizes the self-organization theory as the starting point of this paper.
On the basis of self-organization theory, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the integration and development of tourism industry. The self-organization evolution of the development of tourism industry integration depends mainly on the external objective environment and internal dynamic mechanism. The external objective environment affecting the self-organization evolution of the system mainly includes the political environment, the economic environment, the social environment and the technical ring. In terms of political environment, the tourism industry has become a strategic industry supported by the state, and the country attaches great importance to the integration and development of the tourism industry. From the economic environment, with the improvement of the income level, the demand for diversification and individualized tourism products is added, and a good city is provided for the new tourism products and the tourism industry. In terms of social environment, with the improvement of people's quality of life, tourism has become a psychological and spiritual need for people. From the technical point of view, technological innovation and its permeation and diffusion are often the pioneers in the development of industrial integration, and provide important technical support for the integration of tourism industry.
The interaction between competition and synergy and the interaction between the two are the fundamental motive forces of the self-organization evolution of the tourism industry. The dissipative structure theory holds that the competition further strengthens the nonlinear relations among the subsystems within the system, and the synergy is further closely related to the nonlinear relations among the subsystems, and the final positive feedback is formed between the two ones. The order parameter is the fundamental motive force of the self-organizing evolution of the tourism industry fusion system, which dominates the interaction among the subsystems of the tourism industry integration, and determines the direction and process of the tourism industry integration development. The fluctuation and its correlation magnification are the necessary course of the formation and order of the sequence parameters related to the industrial integration. In the process of empirical analysis of the integration and development of tourism industry, the Beh Finn Dahl index method is used to evaluate the industrial integration of some listed companies in the tourism industry. At present, the integration and development of the tourism industry in China is only in the low primary stage of integration. At the same time, the concept of moderate integration is put forward, and the appropriate integration is considered to promote the tourism industry. The competitiveness is very important. The integration and development of tourism industry should be adapted to the capacity of tourism and related industries and the ability of digestion, so as to better realize the self-organized evolution of the integration and development of tourism industry.
In the analysis of the economic effects of the integration and development of tourism industry, we can study the economic effects of the integration and development of the tourism industry from three aspects, such as the overall level, the industrial level and the micro individual.
