【摘要】：能源、環(huán)境、發(fā)展是當(dāng)前人類面臨的三大主題,能源的合理開發(fā)與利用是人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障。在能源供應(yīng)日益緊張的今天,節(jié)能降耗、合理利用能源、提高能源利用效率已被普遍關(guān)注。工業(yè)爐窯余熱發(fā)電作為節(jié)能減排的一種有效途徑,得到廣大工程技術(shù)人員的認(rèn)同。本文以A公司新建炭素罐式煅燒爐尾氣余熱發(fā)電項(xiàng)目為研究對象,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目投融資、工程熱物理、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、合同能源管理等相關(guān)知識,利用Aspen plus、AutoCAD等計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計手段,咨詢專業(yè)人士等途徑,采用定性分析、定量計算的研究方法,從項(xiàng)目背景、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、市場、環(huán)境等方面進(jìn)行對該進(jìn)行可行性研究。目前,炭素罐式煅燒爐尾氣余熱發(fā)電項(xiàng)目已有成功案例,并向小型化、提高系統(tǒng)能效方向發(fā)展。技術(shù)可行性分析,著眼熱力設(shè)備選型、工藝選擇、系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化等因素,忽略了余熱資源的量與質(zhì)。經(jīng)濟(jì)效果合理性評價,著眼投資規(guī)模、投資回收期、內(nèi)部收益率、財務(wù)凈現(xiàn)值等財務(wù)評價指標(biāo),忽略了項(xiàng)目的合作模式和收益分享方式。但是,余熱回收利用類項(xiàng)目忽略了余熱的質(zhì)與量,不對余熱資源進(jìn)行能源審計,技術(shù)可行性就失去了立足點(diǎn),并制約了項(xiàng)目的工藝選擇、設(shè)備選型、系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化;項(xiàng)目忽略了合作模式和收益分享方式,收益不能有效分割,項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果合理性評價就僅成為指標(biāo),失去可靠性。本文從技術(shù)可行性與經(jīng)濟(jì)效果合理性兩個方面入手,著眼余熱資源的量與質(zhì)的真實(shí)性、可靠性,對其進(jìn)行能源測量、分析、評價,科學(xué)選擇余熱發(fā)電工藝;著眼項(xiàng)目的合作模式與分享方式,計算財務(wù)評價指標(biāo),得出經(jīng)濟(jì)效果評價結(jié)果。圍繞A公司炭素罐式煅燒爐尾氣余熱發(fā)電項(xiàng)目可行性研究展開工作,通過對項(xiàng)目背景條件中地質(zhì)、氣象、水文等因素的了解,明確有利與不利因素;通過項(xiàng)目對尾氣余熱資源進(jìn)行能源標(biāo)定,選擇技術(shù)方案,使可行性研究具備準(zhǔn)確性、真實(shí)性、可靠性。通過了解類似工程投資,并利用生產(chǎn)能力指數(shù)法估算項(xiàng)目投資、分項(xiàng)資金占比,計算項(xiàng)目評價財務(wù)指標(biāo),分析評價項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效果合理性。通過市場分析,判定項(xiàng)目與社會的需求度;通過環(huán)境評價,分析項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境相容性。針對項(xiàng)目背景條件,選擇合理的合作模式、分享方法、投資規(guī)模,計算財務(wù)評價指標(biāo),進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效果合理性評價。綜上所述,得出項(xiàng)目可行性研究建議,明確后續(xù)工作,為工程技術(shù)人員提供參考。
[Abstract]:Energy, environment and development are the three major themes of the current human face, rational development and utilization of energy is an important guarantee for sustainable development. Energy saving in energy supply is becoming increasingly tight today, rational use of energy, improve energy efficiency has been widely concerned. Industrial furnace waste heat power generation is an effective way of energy saving and emission reduction get the majority of engineering and technical personnel identity. Based on the A company's new carbon calcining furnace waste heat power generation project as the research object, the use of project financing, thermal physics, engineering and mathematical statistics, the contract can be related knowledge source management, using Aspen plus, AutoCAD and other means of computer aided design, consulting professionals etc. the research, qualitative analysis, quantitative calculation method, from the project background, market, technology, economy, environment and other aspects of the feasibility study. At present, carbon tank type calcining Burning furnace waste heat power generation project has been successful, and to improve the efficiency of the system miniaturization direction. The technical feasibility analysis on thermal equipment selection, technology selection, system optimization and other factors, ignoring the quality and quantity of waste heat resources. The rationality of economic effect evaluation on the investment scale, investment payback period, internal rate of return. The financial evaluation indicators of financial net present value, neglecting the cooperation model and revenue sharing project. However, waste heat recovery and utilization projects ignore the quality and quantity of heat, energy audit not waste resources, technical feasibility will lose a foothold, and restrict the choice of the project process, equipment selection, system optimization project; ignore the mode of cooperation and share income, income can not be effective segmentation, rationality evaluation of the project economic effect will only become lost from the index, technical feasibility and reliability. The effect of the economic rationality of the two aspects of authenticity, quality and quantity of waste heat resources focus on the reliability evaluation of energy measurement, analysis, the scientific selection of waste heat power generation technology; focus on project cooperation mode and sharing mode, calculation of financial indicators, the economic effect evaluation results. The feasibility study work around A carbon calcining furnace waste heat power generation project, the project background of meteorological geological conditions, hydrological factors such as clear understanding, favorable and unfavorable factors; through the project of waste heat resources for energy calibration, selection of technical scheme, the feasibility studies have accuracy, authenticity and reliability. Through the understanding of similar project investment. And the production capacity index estimation of project investment, partial funds accounted for, the calculation of financial indicators of project evaluation, economic rationality analysis to evaluate the effect of project through the city. Field analysis, to determine the project and social demand; through the analysis of the project environmental assessment, environmental compatibility. In view of the project background conditions, choose a reasonable mode of cooperation, sharing method, the scale of investment, the calculation of financial indicators, evaluate the rationality of economic effect. To sum up, it is found that the proposed project feasibility study, clear work in the future. To provide reference for engineering and technical personnel.
