【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)BIM技術(shù)的介紹引出了BIM建模中經(jīng)常遇到的問(wèn)題:信息交互不流暢、設(shè)計(jì)與施工模型不配套、設(shè)計(jì)與施工模型版權(quán)不明確。上述問(wèn)題主要是由于我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段普遍采用的DB建設(shè)模式造成的。為了解決這一困境,文章提出了基于EPC模式的BIM應(yīng)用的概念。通過(guò)對(duì)EPC模式的分析確定其對(duì)BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)作用,并給出當(dāng)前基于EPC模式的BIM應(yīng)用的一些方案,為BIM技術(shù)的推廣提出合理的建議。
[Abstract]:Through the introduction of BIM technology, the problems often encountered in BIM modeling are brought out: the information exchange is not smooth, the design and construction models are not matched, and the copyright of the design and construction models is not clear. The above problems are mainly caused by the DB construction model which is widely used in our country at the present stage. In order to solve this dilemma, this paper puts forward the concept of BIM application based on EPC mode. Based on the analysis of EPC mode, this paper determines its superiority to BIM technology, and gives some schemes of BIM application based on EPC mode, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the popularization of BIM technology.
