【摘要】:主題酒店是在基本的酒店功能的基礎(chǔ)之上營造一種特定的文化主題、文化氛圍。從酒店的各個方面,硬裝到軟裝、大布局到小細(xì)節(jié),從有形的建筑設(shè)施到無形的服務(wù)再到更高層次的文化品位。隨著當(dāng)代社會人們生活的節(jié)奏加快,渴望感受新鮮的生活,改變一成不變的日常生活體驗。這個時候主題酒店伴隨著人們的心理需求誕生,而不再是一系列模式化、可以被復(fù)制的酒店設(shè)計和經(jīng)營模式。本文通過對大量資料數(shù)據(jù)庫的查閱,以及對國內(nèi)外幾種不同類型的主題酒店的實例分析,從而得出現(xiàn)有的主題酒店類型存在的一些問題,并且總結(jié)它們的設(shè)計特點,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行深入的研究分析,從而得到體驗式設(shè)計的研究趨勢和設(shè)計方向。以主題酒店體驗式設(shè)計為研究主線,通過對功能性、主題文化選擇、體驗感等體現(xiàn)在設(shè)計中各個方面的深層次的分析,對不同年齡、不同消費群體的心理需求調(diào)研。總結(jié)出以差異性、文化性和體驗性為主區(qū)別于一般主題酒店的特點,提供跟主題相呼應(yīng)的一系列不同于傳統(tǒng)酒店模式化的服務(wù)。經(jīng)過體驗主題的深化,使入住者在酒店看到的和感受到的種種細(xì)節(jié)。通過互動同時加深了對主題文化的理解。對學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)研究和實例調(diào)研分析研究,總結(jié)出了體驗式設(shè)計的發(fā)展趨勢和對于主題酒店的設(shè)計價值。通過對主題酒店的設(shè)計實踐,從而嘗試解決現(xiàn)有的主題酒店主題文化定位偏差、素材單一、模糊的市場定位和模式化系統(tǒng)服務(wù)等問題。得出體驗式設(shè)計在主題酒店設(shè)計之中的具體方法,展開對主題酒店的設(shè)計實踐,把研究對象定位為新中式風(fēng)格的歷史文化主題酒店體驗式設(shè)計,并得出主題酒店體驗設(shè)計中的主題文化選擇、體驗文化活動的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)、準(zhǔn)確的目標(biāo)市場定位及其體驗空間序列、色彩等等對于主題酒店設(shè)計的意義。通過對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有主題酒店類型進(jìn)行分類整理,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出國內(nèi)主題酒店的發(fā)展趨勢和方向,在此基礎(chǔ)上指導(dǎo)設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Hotel Theme is based on basic hotel functions to create a specific cultural theme, cultural atmosphere. From all aspects of the hotel, hard to soft, big layout to small details, from tangible building facilities to intangible services to higher cultural taste. With the quickening pace of life in contemporary society, people are eager to feel fresh life and change their daily life experience. At this time, Hotel Theme was born with people's psychological needs, rather than a series of patterned, replicable hotel design and business models. By consulting a large number of data databases and analyzing the examples of several different types of Hotel Theme at home and abroad, this paper obtains some problems existing in the existing Hotel Theme types, and summarizes their design characteristics. On the basis of this, the research trend and design direction of experiential design are obtained. Taking Hotel Theme experiential design as the main line of study, through the deep analysis of function, theme culture choice, experience feeling and other aspects in the design, the psychological needs of different age and different consumer groups are investigated. This paper summarizes the characteristics of difference, culture and experience, which are different from general Hotel Theme, and provides a series of services that are different from The Legacy Hotel model. Through the deepening of the experience theme, residents in the hotel to see and feel a variety of details. Through interaction at the same time deepen the understanding of the theme culture. The development trend of experiential design and the design value for Hotel Theme are summarized. Through the design practice of Hotel Theme, this paper tries to solve the problems of the existing Hotel Theme theme cultural positioning deviation, single material, fuzzy market positioning and model system service and so on. The concrete method of experiential design in Hotel Theme design is obtained, the design practice of Hotel Theme is carried out, and the research object is defined as the historical and cultural Hotel Theme experiential design of new Chinese style. The significance of the theme culture choice, the service system of the experience culture activity, the accurate target market orientation and the experience space sequence, the color and so on in the Hotel Theme experience design for the Hotel Theme design are obtained. By classifying the existing types of Hotel Theme at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the development trend and direction of domestic Hotel Theme, and guides the design on this basis.
