施工升降機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)城市化建設(shè)不斷發(fā)展,施工升降機(jī)作為建筑行業(yè)必備的重型機(jī)械設(shè)備,得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。但由于施工升降機(jī)自身結(jié)構(gòu)和工作環(huán)境的原因,由升降機(jī)引發(fā)的安全事故偶有發(fā)生,因此,應(yīng)該引起建筑行業(yè)和監(jiān)管部門(mén)足夠重視。為此,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于ARM的施工升降機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),對(duì)升降機(jī)運(yùn)行過(guò)程可能存在的事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。論文主要設(shè)計(jì)了施工升降機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的軟件,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,給出了施工升降機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)方案,著重設(shè)計(jì)了主控系統(tǒng)、基礎(chǔ)傳感器、串行數(shù)據(jù)處理、鍵盤(pán)輸入、身份認(rèn)證、運(yùn)行參數(shù)記錄、顯示輸出、升降機(jī)運(yùn)行控制、數(shù)據(jù)上傳、參數(shù)設(shè)置、USB文件傳輸及報(bào)警等程序模塊,通過(guò)對(duì)升降機(jī)載重、轎廂內(nèi)人數(shù)、轎廂高度、傾斜角等參數(shù)進(jìn)行處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)升降機(jī)運(yùn)行可能存在的事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。當(dāng)監(jiān)測(cè)到事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí),產(chǎn)生升降機(jī)運(yùn)行控制信號(hào),切斷相應(yīng)電機(jī)的供電,確保升降機(jī)運(yùn)行安全;為操作人員發(fā)出報(bào)警信息,給服務(wù)器上傳違規(guī)操作信息,并記錄在SD卡中。論文還設(shè)計(jì)了工作和參數(shù)設(shè)置的圖形界面程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了升降機(jī)運(yùn)行參數(shù)顯示、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)參數(shù)設(shè)定、人數(shù)檢測(cè)模塊參數(shù)設(shè)定等功能。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,施工升降機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定可靠,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求,通過(guò)了使用單位的驗(yàn)收。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's city construction development, heavy machinery and equipment of construction hoist and construction industry as necessary, has been widely used. But because of its structure and working environment of construction hoist, safety accidents caused by lift occasionally occur, therefore, should arouse enough attention to the construction industry and regulatory departments. Therefore, the design of the a construction elevator monitoring system based on ARM, to monitor the operation of elevator accident risk may exist in the process. The main design of the construction elevator monitoring system software, according to the design requirements, the software design scheme of construction elevator monitoring system is presented, focusing on the design of the main control system based sensor, serial data processing, keyboard input, identity authentication, record the operation parameters, display output, elevator operation control, parameter setting, data upload, USB file transfer and alarm Proceduresmodule through the elevator load, car number, car height, tilt angle and other parameters for processing, realizes the monitoring of the accident risk of elevator operation possible. When monitoring the risk of accidents, have elevator operation control signal, power supply should be cut off by the motor, to ensure the safe operation of a lift; the alarm information to the operator, to the server to upload illegal operation information, and recorded in the SD card. This paper also designed and set parameters of the graphical interface, realizes the elevator operation parameter display, set monitoring system parameters, set the number of detection module parameters. After the actual test results show that the elevator monitoring system construction work reliable, meet the design requirements, through the acceptance of the use of units.
