【摘要】：近年來,我國城市化建設不斷發(fā)展,施工升降機作為建筑行業(yè)必備的重型機械設備,得到了廣泛應用。但由于施工升降機自身結構和工作環(huán)境的原因,由升降機引發(fā)的安全事故偶有發(fā)生,因此,應該引起建筑行業(yè)和監(jiān)管部門足夠重視。為此,設計了一種基于ARM的施工升降機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),對升降機運行過程可能存在的事故風險進行監(jiān)控。論文主要設計了施工升降機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的軟件,根據(jù)設計要求,給出了施工升降機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的軟件設計方案,著重設計了主控系統(tǒng)、基礎傳感器、串行數(shù)據(jù)處理、鍵盤輸入、身份認證、運行參數(shù)記錄、顯示輸出、升降機運行控制、數(shù)據(jù)上傳、參數(shù)設置、USB文件傳輸及報警等程序模塊,通過對升降機載重、轎廂內(nèi)人數(shù)、轎廂高度、傾斜角等參數(shù)進行處理,實現(xiàn)了對升降機運行可能存在的事故風險進行監(jiān)測。當監(jiān)測到事故風險時,產(chǎn)生升降機運行控制信號,切斷相應電機的供電,確保升降機運行安全;為操作人員發(fā)出報警信息,給服務器上傳違規(guī)操作信息,并記錄在SD卡中。論文還設計了工作和參數(shù)設置的圖形界面程序,實現(xiàn)了升降機運行參數(shù)顯示、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)參數(shù)設定、人數(shù)檢測模塊參數(shù)設定等功能。經(jīng)過實際測試結果表明,施工升降機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定可靠,達到了設計要求,通過了使用單位的驗收。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's city construction development, heavy machinery and equipment of construction hoist and construction industry as necessary, has been widely used. But because of its structure and working environment of construction hoist, safety accidents caused by lift occasionally occur, therefore, should arouse enough attention to the construction industry and regulatory departments. Therefore, the design of the a construction elevator monitoring system based on ARM, to monitor the operation of elevator accident risk may exist in the process. The main design of the construction elevator monitoring system software, according to the design requirements, the software design scheme of construction elevator monitoring system is presented, focusing on the design of the main control system based sensor, serial data processing, keyboard input, identity authentication, record the operation parameters, display output, elevator operation control, parameter setting, data upload, USB file transfer and alarm Proceduresmodule through the elevator load, car number, car height, tilt angle and other parameters for processing, realizes the monitoring of the accident risk of elevator operation possible. When monitoring the risk of accidents, have elevator operation control signal, power supply should be cut off by the motor, to ensure the safe operation of a lift; the alarm information to the operator, to the server to upload illegal operation information, and recorded in the SD card. This paper also designed and set parameters of the graphical interface, realizes the elevator operation parameter display, set monitoring system parameters, set the number of detection module parameters. After the actual test results show that the elevator monitoring system construction work reliable, meet the design requirements, through the acceptance of the use of units.
