BIM在中國建筑設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用探討

【摘要】:全球化、可持續(xù)發(fā)展是我國建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的兩大趨勢。分析當(dāng)前國內(nèi)發(fā)展形勢,可知大力推進城鎮(zhèn)化是我國近年來努力的主要方向。傳統(tǒng)的建筑行業(yè)業(yè)內(nèi)的工作模式是以天正CAD為核心的2D作業(yè)模式,是抽象、分離、不智能的。新興的BIM技術(shù)具有很大的優(yōu)勢特點,,利用BIM技術(shù)的新型建筑行業(yè)內(nèi)的作業(yè)模式是具象、集成、智能的。隨著社會的發(fā)展,建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)、形式和功能越來越趨向復(fù)雜化,多元化,傳統(tǒng)的作業(yè)模式越來越疲于應(yīng)對,在工作的效率上和質(zhì)量上也漸漸跟不上時代的發(fā)展。利用BIM技術(shù)的新型作業(yè)模式的優(yōu)勢和特點正好可以彌補傳統(tǒng)作業(yè)模式的不足,很好地適應(yīng)了我國建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的全球化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求。目前國內(nèi)進行的如火如荼的城鎮(zhèn)化的實施,正為BIM提供了一個發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢和特點的巨大舞臺。BIM技術(shù)的利用和3D化協(xié)同作業(yè)模式是我國建筑業(yè)界發(fā)展的必然趨勢。但因BIM技術(shù)是舶來品且在我國尚處于發(fā)展初期的階段,BIM技術(shù)目前在國內(nèi)的應(yīng)用還存在許多問題,往往會出現(xiàn)水土不服的情況。所以BIM的本土化中國化在技術(shù)上面的研究開發(fā)十分的重要,但是需要一個過程。另外BIM技術(shù)要想在業(yè)內(nèi)成功的應(yīng)用和推廣必須依靠政府的大力支持以及業(yè)內(nèi)各機構(gòu)人士的積極推進。 全生命期的理念是BIM的基本理念,只有將BIM貫徹于項目的全生命期才能將BIM的優(yōu)勢最大化。建筑設(shè)計階段是一個項目的初始階段是項目全生命期的重中之重,如何做好建筑設(shè)計階段中BIM的應(yīng)用是十分關(guān)鍵的,項目各階段環(huán)環(huán)相扣,只有做好初始階段才能為項目后期的發(fā)展做好鋪墊。 B I M在我國國內(nèi)的應(yīng)用和推廣面臨許多問題,必須及時總結(jié)這些問題各個擊破,加速推進BIM技術(shù)全面的應(yīng)用和推廣,促成我國建筑業(yè)又好又快的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Globalization and sustainable development are the two major trends in the development of China's construction industry. It can be seen that vigorously promoting urbanization is the main direction of our country's efforts in recent years. The traditional working mode in the construction industry is a 2D operation model with Tianzheng CAD as the core, which is abstract and separate. Not intelligent. The emerging BIM technology has a lot of advantages, using BIM technology in the new construction industry operating mode is concrete, integrated, intelligent. With the development of society, the structure of the building, The forms and functions are becoming more and more complex, diversified, and the traditional operation mode is becoming more and more difficult to cope with. The efficiency and quality of the work can not keep up with the development of the times. The advantages and characteristics of the new operation mode using BIM technology can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional operation mode. Well adapted to the requirements of globalization and sustainable development of China's construction industry. At present, the implementation of urbanization in full swing in China, It is an inevitable trend for the construction industry of our country to make use of the technology of. BIM and 3D collaborative operation mode, which provides a huge stage for BIM to play its advantages and characteristics. But because the BIM technology is imported and is still in the early stage of development in our country, it is an inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry in our country. At present, there are still many problems in the application of BIM technology in China. So the localization of BIM in China is very important in the research and development of technology. But it takes a process. And BIM technology needs strong support from the government and a positive push from people in the industry if it is to be used and promoted successfully in the industry. The concept of the whole life period is the basic idea of BIM. Only when BIM is carried out in the whole life period of the project can the advantage of BIM be maximized. The architectural design stage is the initial stage of a project, which is the most important part of the whole life period of the project. How to do well the application of BIM in the stage of architectural design is very important. Each stage of the project is intertwined and only the initial stage can pave the way for the later development of the project. There are many problems in the application and popularization of BIM in our country. We must sum up these problems in time, accelerate the comprehensive application and popularization of BIM technology, and promote the good and fast development of China's construction industry.
