【摘要】：不同債務(wù)規(guī)模造成經(jīng)濟影響不同,有些會引致債務(wù)危機,而另一些不會。債權(quán)債務(wù)關(guān)系鎖鏈是債務(wù)問題上升為債務(wù)危機的重要因素,這也是馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)的重要內(nèi)容。通過美國次貸危機與中國地方債的分析,本文認為:在次貸危機中,債權(quán)債務(wù)的關(guān)系鎖鏈從家庭部門—放貸機構(gòu)間傳遞到金融機構(gòu)之間,最后引發(fā)國家層面?zhèn)鶛?quán)債務(wù)關(guān)系的變化;目前中國地方債雖然沒有償付性風(fēng)險,但是存在過度依賴銀行的高杠桿化與債務(wù)預(yù)算約束問題。
[Abstract]:Different levels of debt have different economic implications, some leading to debt crises and others not. The relationship between creditor's rights and debts is an important factor in the rise of debt problem to debt crisis, which is also an important part of Marxist political economy. Based on the analysis of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States and the local debt in China, this paper holds that in the subprime mortgage crisis, the relationship between debt and debt is transferred from the household sector to the lending institution to the financial institution. Finally, there is a change in the relationship between debt and debt at the national level. Although there is no solvency risk in China's local debt at present, there are problems of excessive reliance on banks' high leverage and debt budget constraints.
