新支付格局下的銀行卡商戶收單業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢

【摘要】:自從2003“信用卡元年”發(fā)卡至今,中國信用卡業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)入了高速發(fā)展期,發(fā)卡規(guī)模迅速壯大,信用卡從曲高和寡到飛入尋常百姓家。信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展離不開商戶收單業(yè)務(wù)支付體系的迅速建立與完善,商戶收單覆蓋的行業(yè)領(lǐng)域越來越廣,創(chuàng)新支付手段日新月異、層出不窮。銀行卡商戶收單市場的參與主體格局也由原有的以金融機(jī)構(gòu)、銀聯(lián)商務(wù)為主,到急劇增加了250家擁有央行支付牌照的第三方機(jī)構(gòu),形成了新的支付格局,市場競爭日趨激烈。商業(yè)銀行、銀聯(lián)和第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu)形成了三足鼎立的局面,市場關(guān)系也由密切合作變?yōu)楦偁幣c合作。本論文選擇新支付格局下的銀行卡商戶收單業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢,與當(dāng)前國內(nèi)信用卡業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型期有很好的結(jié)合度。主要工作有: 1.對國內(nèi)、外銀行卡商戶收單業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,研究商戶收單業(yè)務(wù)在支付結(jié)算領(lǐng)域?qū)窠?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會信息化、誠信體系建設(shè)、增加稅收、支持反洗錢等方面的作用。 2.對常用的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析方法進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)與研究,對數(shù)據(jù)挖掘發(fā)展的歷程、主要步驟、采用的主要技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入了解;并在信用卡商戶收單業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營管理中的應(yīng)用中進(jìn)行了綜合實(shí)證分析,用多元回歸法分析了影響特惠商戶促銷活動的重要因素,針對特惠商戶活動參與率進(jìn)行建模分析應(yīng)用處理,發(fā)現(xiàn)最佳信息精準(zhǔn)渠道,創(chuàng)新性地提出了“特惠信息手機(jī)精準(zhǔn)推送+移動支付合一的客戶端”概念,建立了商戶增值服務(wù)平臺手機(jī)客戶端功能應(yīng)用模型。 3.面對激勵的市場競爭,傳統(tǒng)線下商戶依然是收單市場競爭的重中之重,亟需做大規(guī)模產(chǎn)生效益。對收單商戶行業(yè)市場進(jìn)行了細(xì)分研究,提出優(yōu)先選擇的目標(biāo)客戶。對能夠帶來更高收益的分期付款商戶、外卡收單商戶、金融IC卡行業(yè)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域分別從不同的市場定位、持卡人消費(fèi)行為偏好以及營銷策略布局等方面進(jìn)行了較為全面的分析,并提出發(fā)展策略。 4.互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動支付等技術(shù)革新在支付領(lǐng)域的不斷應(yīng)用,極大帶動了中國大眾消費(fèi)、支付習(xí)慣的革命性轉(zhuǎn)變。本文對新興的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融商業(yè)模式、第三方支付的崛起、創(chuàng)新支付的應(yīng)用、以及銀行卡收單市場多方主體的競合發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了不同角度的分析,并提出發(fā)展策略。 5.提出當(dāng)前國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行打造商戶收單業(yè)務(wù)的核心競爭力是創(chuàng)新支付模式,將物流、信息流與支付的資金流相結(jié)合,加大對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與移動支付業(yè)務(wù)的拓展,建立“非面對面”支付平臺,快速拓展近場支付,應(yīng)對金融脫媒,加快綜合業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的前瞻性建議。
[Abstract]:Since the first year of credit card issuance in 2003, China's credit card business has entered a period of rapid development. The rapid development of credit card industry can not be separated from the rapid establishment and improvement of the payment system of the business order collection business. The business sector covers more and more fields, and the means of payment are changing with each passing day and emerge in endlessly. The main body pattern of the bank card merchants receiving orders market is also from the original financial institutions, UnionPay business as the main body, to a sharp increase of 250 third-party institutions with the central bank payment license, forming a new payment pattern, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Commercial banks, UnionPay and third-party payment organizations have formed a tripartite situation, and the market relationship has changed from close cooperation to competition and cooperation. This paper chooses the development trend of bank card business under the new payment pattern, which has a good combination with the current domestic credit card business transition period. The main tasks are: 1. This paper analyzes the development and present situation of bank card business in China and abroad, and studies the development of national economy, the construction of social informatization, the construction of credit system, and the increase of tax revenue in the field of payment and settlement. To support the role of anti-money laundering and other aspects. 2. The common methods of data mining analysis are studied, and the development course, main steps and main technologies of data mining are deeply understood. And in the application of the business management of credit card merchants receiving orders, this paper makes a comprehensive empirical analysis, analyzes the important factors that affect the promotion activities of the preferential merchants by using the multiple regression method, and analyzes the application of modeling, analysis and application of the participation rate of the preferential merchants. By finding the best accurate information channel, this paper creatively puts forward the concept of "client side of precise push mobile payment", and establishes the application model of mobile phone client function of merchant value-added service platform. 3. In the face of the incentive market competition, the traditional offline merchants are still the most important competition in the market of receiving orders, and it is urgent to produce benefits on a large scale. The market segment of order-receiving merchants is studied, and the target customers are put forward. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the installment merchants, the customers receiving orders with external cards and the application fields of financial IC card industry from different market positioning, consumer behavior preference and marketing strategy layout, etc. And put forward the development strategy. 4. The continuous application of technological innovations such as Internet and mobile payment in the field of payment has greatly promoted the revolutionary transformation of Chinese mass consumption and payment habits. This paper analyzes the emerging business model of Internet finance, the rise of third-party payment, the application of innovative payment, and the competing development trend of various parties in the bank card receipt market, and puts forward the development strategy. 5. It is put forward that the core competitiveness of domestic commercial banks to build the business order receiving business is to innovate payment mode, combine logistics, information flow and payment fund flow, and expand the business of Internet and mobile payment. Establish non-face-to-face payment platform, quickly expand near-field payments, deal with financial disintermediation, accelerate the integrated business transformation forward-looking recommendations.
