【摘要】:隨著有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈,有色金屬行業(yè)從以前的壟斷市場(chǎng)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成了現(xiàn)在的紅海市場(chǎng),根據(jù)今年來(lái)我國(guó)針對(duì)于有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)所實(shí)施的政策和措施,以及同行業(yè)企業(yè)集團(tuán)在產(chǎn)業(yè)整合方面的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),為了提高KG集團(tuán)的產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、為了在迅速轉(zhuǎn)變KG集團(tuán)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,本文提出了KG集團(tuán)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織優(yōu)化思路,并設(shè)計(jì)KG集團(tuán)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織優(yōu)化方案,以使企業(yè)資源合理配置,有效利用,為KG集團(tuán)調(diào)整發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略重組聯(lián)合決策和政府制定科學(xué)的產(chǎn)業(yè)整合政策提供依據(jù)和建議,更大限度的實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式的有效競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。本文以KG集團(tuán)作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)KG集團(tuán)的基本情況進(jìn)行了介紹,通過(guò)SWOT分析對(duì)KG產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了闡述與對(duì)比,并對(duì)其產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了SCP分析,最終根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,對(duì)KG產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、企業(yè)行為優(yōu)化等三個(gè)優(yōu)化,通過(guò)KG集團(tuán)公司產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化策略、多元化的產(chǎn)學(xué)研用合作策略、企業(yè)行為優(yōu)化策略、內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)與價(jià)格決策、優(yōu)勢(shì)資源的橫向聯(lián)合等方式與方法,建立KG集團(tuán)公司有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)組織優(yōu)化方案,并在優(yōu)化后,在公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持與組織保障、制度與管理創(chuàng)新、資金投入與企業(yè)文化機(jī)制、建立配套績(jī)效考核機(jī)制等層面上對(duì)優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行保障。本文旨在幫助解決KG集團(tuán)近年來(lái)陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)的因?yàn)楫a(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理而引起的一些抑制發(fā)展的問(wèn)題。完全從KG集團(tuán)的角度展開研究與分析,不同于以往著述與文獻(xiàn)中對(duì)某區(qū)域內(nèi)的有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究,因此針對(duì)性更強(qiáng),得出的對(duì)策建議更具有實(shí)踐和論證意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises in the non-ferrous metal industry, the non-ferrous metal industry has gradually transformed from the former monopoly market to the present red sea market. According to the policies and measures implemented in China for the non-ferrous metals industry, and the valuable experience of the industry conglomerates in the same industry, in order to improve the KG group, In order to change the competitive strength of KG group quickly, this paper puts forward the optimization idea of KG group industry organization, and designs the optimization plan of KG group industrial organization, so as to make the enterprise resource allocation and effective use, and provide the basis for the KG group to adjust the joint decision of the development strategy reorganization and the government to formulate the scientific industrial integration policy. This paper takes KG group as the research object, introduces the basic situation of KG group, expounds and compares the existing problems in the organization structure of KG industry through SWOT analysis, and carries out SCP analysis to its industry, and finally, according to the actual situation, to the KG industry. The three optimization of organizational structure optimization, industrial structure optimization, and enterprise behavior optimization, through the product structure optimization strategy of KG group company, diversified enterprises and research and research cooperation strategy, enterprise behavior optimization strategy, internal coordination and price decision, the lateral combination of dominant resources and other methods, the non-ferrous metal industry organization of KG group company is established. After optimization, the optimization scheme is guaranteed at the level of corporate leadership support and organizational support, system and management innovation, capital investment and enterprise culture mechanism, and establishment of supporting performance evaluation mechanism. This paper aims to help solve some of the inhibition of KG group in recent years because of the irrational industrial structure. The problem of development is completely studied and analyzed from the perspective of KG group. It is different from the previous literature and literature on the development of non-ferrous metal industry in a certain region. Therefore, the pertinence is stronger, and the countermeasures and suggestions are more practical and argumentation.
