【摘要】：農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)融合與美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)是當(dāng)前我國(guó)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略,二者存在耦合關(guān)系。農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)融合可為美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)提供產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐,有助于鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境治理,可提升村民的文明素養(yǎng);美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)為產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展提供便利條件和充足的人力資源,有利于吸引、留住人才;二者耦合的理想形態(tài)是產(chǎn)村融合。從山東省D村產(chǎn)業(yè)融合與美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)耦合發(fā)展的歷程來看,村民獲益、村莊的產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐、善于借力及村莊帶頭人的作用是二者良性互動(dòng)發(fā)展的有力保障。
[Abstract]:The integration of rural industries and the construction of beautiful villages is an important strategy for the development of rural economy and society in China, and there is a coupling relationship between them. Rural industrial integration can provide industrial support for beautiful rural construction, contribute to rural environmental governance, enhance the civilized literacy of villagers, and beautiful rural construction can provide convenient conditions and sufficient human resources for industrial integration and development, which is conducive to attracting, Retain talent; the ideal form of coupling between the two is the integration of production and village. From the process of coupling development between village D industry integration and beautiful rural construction in Shandong Province, the benefit of villagers, the industry support of villages, the ability to borrow power and the role of village leaders are the strong guarantee for the benign interactive development of the two.
