【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)在中國(guó)與東盟對(duì)外貿(mào)易中占據(jù)著非常重要的地位,由于土地資源缺乏、勞動(dòng)力成本上升和人民幣匯率升值壓力等不利因素的影響,中國(guó)對(duì)東盟農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作長(zhǎng)期存在貿(mào)易逆差、附加值不高等問(wèn)題,中國(guó)—東盟農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作迫切需要轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化深入發(fā)展,國(guó)際分工的層次從產(chǎn)品分工深入到生產(chǎn)的全球價(jià)值鏈分工,中國(guó)-東盟農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)與貿(mào)易也要嵌入全球價(jià)值鏈,通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)-東盟經(jīng)貿(mào)合作發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上探討我國(guó)對(duì)東盟農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的全球價(jià)值鏈地位問(wèn)題,最終提出通過(guò)五個(gè)方面全球價(jià)值鏈升級(jí)路徑實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)-東盟農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈一體化。
[Abstract]:Agriculture plays a very important role in the foreign trade between China and ASEAN. Due to the lack of land resources, the rising labor cost and the pressure of RMB exchange rate appreciation, etc. China's agricultural economic and trade cooperation with ASEAN has a long trade deficit and low added value, so it is urgent to transform and upgrade the agricultural economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN. With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the international division of labor goes from the division of products to the division of global value chain of production, and the agricultural production and trade between China and ASEAN must also be embedded in the global value chain. Based on the analysis of the current situation of China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation, this paper discusses the global value chain status of China's agricultural economic and trade cooperation with ASEAN. Finally, the paper proposes to realize the integration of China-ASEAN agricultural industry chain through five ways of global value chain upgrading.
