產(chǎn)業(yè)與部門用水關聯(lián)及尺度效應分析

【摘要】:以河南省為例,應用基于縱向集成的改進假設抽取法,對該區(qū)域三次產(chǎn)業(yè)和八大部門的水資源消耗及轉移狀況進行量化分析,由分析結果可知:農(nóng)業(yè)和基礎工業(yè)是河南省的主要水資源凈輸出部門,輕工業(yè)、高科技工業(yè)和建筑業(yè)是主要的凈輸入部門。河南省用水關聯(lián)性較強產(chǎn)業(yè)部門包括農(nóng)業(yè)-輕工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)-高科技工業(yè)、基礎工業(yè)-高科技工業(yè)以及農(nóng)業(yè)-基礎工業(yè)。對不同尺度的用水關聯(lián)成果進行了分析,分析結果表明:不同分析尺度的縱向集成消耗總量是相等的,且與其直接消耗總量相同;用水關聯(lián)具有非線性的尺度效應,不能通過線性運算實現(xiàn)不同尺度關聯(lián)效應的轉換;分析尺度越小,分類越細化,內(nèi)部效應越低,系統(tǒng)中流動轉移的水量就越多,反之則相反。研究成果可為區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整和水資源管理政策的制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking Henan Province as an example, using the improved hypothesis extraction method based on vertical integration, the water resources consumption and transfer status of the three industry and the eight major sectors in the region are quantified. The results show that agriculture and basic industry are the main net output departments of water resources in Henan Province, the light industry, the high-tech industry and the construction industry are the main ones. The strong industrial sectors of water use in Henan province include agriculture light industry, agricultural high-tech industry, basic industry, high-tech industry and agriculture basic industry. The results of different scales of water use correlation are analyzed. The results show that the total amount of vertical integration consumption of different analytical scales is equal, and it is straight. The total amount of consumption is the same; the water association has nonlinear scale effect and can not realize the transformation of the correlation effect of different scales by linear operation. The smaller the analysis scale, the more refined the classification, the lower the internal effect, the more flow and transfer of water in the system, on the contrary, the research results can be the adjustment of the regional industrial structure and the management of water resources. Policy formulation provides reference.
