【摘要】：土耳其地處亞歐大陸中部,是國(guó)際能源運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾獞?zhàn)略樞紐,推動(dòng)與當(dāng)?shù)啬茉串a(chǎn)業(yè)合作,有利于加速我國(guó)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)走出去進(jìn)程。然而,現(xiàn)階段,在中國(guó)與土耳其能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作過(guò)程中,還存在土耳其能源資源短缺、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題嚴(yán)峻、政治環(huán)境復(fù)雜、能源基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后等挑戰(zhàn),為我國(guó)企業(yè)投資帶來(lái)了較高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。基于此,本文深入探究了中國(guó)與土耳其能源產(chǎn)業(yè)合作的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)及面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并進(jìn)一步分析了促進(jìn)雙方合作的具體完善策略,以期推進(jìn)兩國(guó)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)快速穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Turkey is located in the middle of Eurasian continent and is an important strategic hub of international energy transportation. To promote cooperation with local energy industry is conducive to speeding up the process of energy industry going out of our country. However, at the present stage, in the process of cooperation between China and Turkey in the energy industry, there are still challenges such as shortage of energy resources, severe social and economic problems, complex political environment, lagged construction of energy infrastructure, etc. For our country enterprise investment brought higher risk. Based on this, this paper probes into the main advantages and challenges of the energy industry cooperation between China and Turkey, and further analyzes the specific and perfect strategies to promote the cooperation between the two countries, in order to promote the rapid and steady development of the energy industry between the two countries.
