【摘要】：針對現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)濟評估模型還無法正確的評估藝術(shù)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對地方經(jīng)濟增長的實際效應(yīng)。本文提出了一種基于HNUGE的藝術(shù)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對地方經(jīng)濟增長效應(yīng)評估模型。首先借助直接消耗系數(shù)、初始投入系數(shù)以及中間投入系數(shù)等指標(biāo)進行行業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性分析,然后引入HNUGE模型,采用兩層嵌套分析生產(chǎn)指標(biāo),采用Klein-Rubin效用函數(shù)表示需求指標(biāo),根據(jù)商品流通量以及流通消耗系數(shù)決定流通消耗指標(biāo),用固定價格彈性的向下傾斜曲線描述出口需求指標(biāo),并構(gòu)建長短期閉合條件。通過實例仿真表明,藝術(shù)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有助于地方經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長。
[Abstract]:According to the existing economic evaluation model, the actual effect of art culture creative industry on local economic growth can not be correctly evaluated. This paper presents an evaluation model of the effect of artistic and cultural creative industries on local economic growth based on HNUGE. Firstly, direct consumption coefficient, initial input coefficient and intermediate input coefficient are used to analyze industry relevance, then HNUGE model is introduced to analyze production index, and Klein-Rubin utility function is used to represent demand index. According to the quantity of commodity circulation and the coefficient of circulation consumption, the index of export demand is described by the downward tilt curve of fixed price elasticity, and the condition of long and short term closure is constructed. The simulation results show that the development of creative arts and culture industry is helpful to the sustainable growth of local economy.
