【摘要】：在城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,非農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)基本公共服務(wù)水平提升具有重要作用。本文以遼寧省14個(gè)地級(jí)市為例,首先用主成分分析法測(cè)度基本公共服務(wù)綜合水平。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過實(shí)證研究非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)基本公共服務(wù)水平的具體影響。研究表明:非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)人員比重增加有助于基本公共服務(wù)綜合水平提高。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization, the development of non-agricultural industries plays an important role in improving the basic public service level in urban and rural areas. This paper takes 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province as an example. Firstly, we use principal component analysis method to measure the comprehensive level of basic public service. Through the empirical study of the specific impact of the development of non-agricultural industries on the level of basic public services, the study shows that the increase of the proportion of employees in non-agricultural industries contributes to the improvement of the comprehensive level of basic public services.
