【摘要】：曾經(jīng),濱水區(qū)域因?yàn)辇R聚水陸交通的優(yōu)勢(shì),促使各種各樣的碼頭工業(yè)的產(chǎn)生和壯大,例如碼頭工業(yè)、造船工業(yè)等。但是,隨著人類經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的不斷提高,科技能力的不斷增強(qiáng),城市也逐漸由傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)時(shí)代轉(zhuǎn)向后工業(yè)化時(shí)代。為了保證城市成功進(jìn)行這一轉(zhuǎn)型,城市的發(fā)展管理部門也制定了各種產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整政策,比如老工業(yè)區(qū)外遷至郊外,土地功能置換等。值得肯定的是,這些政策對(duì)于加快城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,保證更加適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化社會(huì)的發(fā)展具有積極的意義,不過這也導(dǎo)致了以前大量用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的土地與建筑被長(zhǎng)期遺棄,甚至淹沒在現(xiàn)代化城市建設(shè)之中,與城市的格局顯得格格不入,而且會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致工業(yè)片區(qū)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)逐漸停滯。荊州地區(qū)依托長(zhǎng)江作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展源頭,100多年來一直將荊州范圍內(nèi)的長(zhǎng)江當(dāng)作經(jīng)濟(jì)中心以及工業(yè)能源制造供應(yīng)基地,長(zhǎng)江流域?qū)Ξ?dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)始終貢獻(xiàn)著主要力量。荊州洋碼頭見證過外國(guó)商船的龐大,承受過日本軍艦的火炮;見證過列強(qiáng)的欺凌,承受過洪水的侵襲;見證過渡江軍民的英勇,承受過百年商埠由興而衰、由衰而興的艱辛。但繁華盛狀逐漸走向衰敗,并且遺留下諸多極具工業(yè)時(shí)代特征的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造設(shè)備,比如廠房建筑、生產(chǎn)流水工藝以及帶有顯著特色的生產(chǎn)機(jī)器。在現(xiàn)階段,怎樣才能真正有效的對(duì)這些工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行保護(hù)和充分利用,使其重新成為城市空間家庭的一員,傳承濱水區(qū)的工業(yè)歷史文化價(jià)值,最終提高濱水區(qū)的公共服務(wù)水平和城市空間形象為本文最核心的研究課題。隨著荊州產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,位于長(zhǎng)江沿岸原有的大批工業(yè)性建筑的使用功能減弱,空間結(jié)構(gòu)遭到破壞,使濱水地區(qū)面臨嚴(yán)重的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)改革調(diào)整以及再循環(huán)利用的難題。本文以荊州洋碼頭工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)片區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,通過以實(shí)際建設(shè)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目為參考依據(jù),對(duì)濱江工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)片區(qū)的文化風(fēng)俗、歷史意義以及其地理風(fēng)貌特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析探究,對(duì)其工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Once upon a time, waterfront area, because of the advantages of land and water transportation, promoted the emergence and expansion of various wharf industries, such as wharf industry, shipbuilding industry and so on. However, with the development of human economy and the development of science and technology, cities are gradually changing from the traditional industrial era to the post-industrial era. In order to ensure the successful transformation of the city, the development management department of the city has also formulated a variety of industrial structure adjustment policies, such as the old industrial zone moved to the countryside, land function replacement and so on. To be sure, these policies have a positive effect on accelerating the adjustment of the industrial structure of cities and ensuring that they are more suitable for the development of a modern society, but this has also led to the long-term abandonment of land and buildings previously used for industrial production. Even submerged in the construction of modern cities, it is incompatible with the urban pattern, and will directly lead to the social and economic activities of industrial areas gradually stagnated. Relying on the Yangtze River as the source of economic development, Jingzhou region has been taking the Yangtze River as an economic center and an industrial energy manufacturing and supply base for more than 100 years. The Yangtze River valley has always contributed to the local economy and society. Jingzhou Wharf has witnessed the vastness of foreign merchant ships, the artillery of Japanese warships, the bullying of foreign powers and the attack of floods, and the bravery of the soldiers and civilians crossing the Yangtze River, the prosperity and decline of commercial ports over a hundred years, and the hardships of prosperity and prosperity from decline to prosperity. However, prosperity is gradually declining, leaving behind many industrial production and manufacturing equipment with the characteristics of the industrial age, such as factory buildings, production flow technology and production machinery with distinctive characteristics. At the present stage, how can we really and effectively protect and make full use of these industrial heritage, make it become a member of the urban space family again, and inherit the industrial historical and cultural value of the waterfront area, Finally, improving the level of public service and the image of urban space is the core research topic of this paper. With the adjustment of industrial structure in Jingzhou, the use function of a large number of industrial buildings located along the Yangtze River has been weakened, and the spatial structure has been destroyed, which makes the waterfront area face serious problems of structural reform and readjustment and recycling. This paper takes Jingzhou Ocean Wharf Industrial Heritage area as the research object, through the actual construction planning project as the reference basis, carries on the detailed analysis and the exploration to the riverside industrial heritage area cultural custom, the historical significance as well as its geographical style characteristic. The protection and development model of its industrial heritage is planned and designed.
