不同腐蝕環(huán)境作用下玄武巖增強(qiáng)復(fù)材筋疲勞性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:酸及高溫腐蝕作用下玄武巖增強(qiáng)復(fù)材(BFRP)筋疲勞性能的變化規(guī)律是研究BFRP筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在復(fù)雜環(huán)境下疲勞損傷的基礎(chǔ),通過軸向拉伸疲勞試驗(yàn),觀察BFRP筋在不同腐蝕時(shí)間及不同溫度作用下的外觀變化形態(tài)和在疲勞荷載作用下的破壞模式,獲得各工況下BFRP筋的強(qiáng)度-壽命(S-N)曲線,分析疲勞壽命隨腐蝕時(shí)間及溫度而變化的規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:BFRP筋疲勞壽命隨溫度提高而大幅減小,270℃時(shí),各應(yīng)力作用下疲勞壽命損失率分別高達(dá)80.16%、83.66%、85.03%、87.60%、89.0%;腐蝕時(shí)間對(duì)BFRP筋疲勞壽命影響顯著,應(yīng)力Smin為415 MPa時(shí),室溫條件下,未經(jīng)酸堿腐蝕的復(fù)材腐蝕時(shí)間15,30,45 d的復(fù)材疲勞壽命損失率分別為26.36%、66.22%、82.68%;應(yīng)力Smax為795 MPa時(shí),疲勞壽命損失率為67.02%、80.94%、90.55%。
[Abstract]:The variation of fatigue properties of basalt reinforced composite (BFRP) bars under acid and high temperature corrosion is the basis of studying fatigue damage of BFRP reinforced concrete structures under complex environment. The appearance and failure mode of BFRP tendons under different corrosion time and temperature were observed, and the strength life (S-N) curves of BFRP tendons were obtained under different working conditions. The variation of fatigue life with corrosion time and temperature is analyzed. The results show that the fatigue life of BFRP tendons decreases significantly with the increase of temperature, and the fatigue life loss rates of BFRP bars under different stresses are as high as 80.16 at 270 鈩,
