非瀝青基反應(yīng)型防水卷材的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy, the promotion of comprehensive national strength and the application of high and new technology, the construction of house, underground engineering, subway, tunnel and so on have been increasing year by year, and the waterproof industry has developed rapidly during this period. Waterproofing materials and waterproofing works are only a small branch of these projects, but they play an important role in engineering construction and engineering use. The waterproofing quality is related to the use, durability and safety of underground works. Therefore, it is necessary to study various new waterproof materials to solve the waterproof requirements of underground engineering. In this paper, a non-asphalt-base reactive waterproof membrane developed by a waterproofing company in Shenzhen will be taken as an object, and the composition and performance of the new material will be analyzed according to the underground waterproof specifications. According to the sales and usage of SBS and CPC waterproofing materials in recent three years, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the application of non-asphalt-base reactive waterproof membrane in engineering, and compares the results with the statistical results of leakage in other projects. It is fully proved that the material is suitable for underground engineering. In this paper, the waterproof structure and construction technology of various parts of non-asphalt-base reactive waterproof membrane in practical engineering are described in detail. It is hoped that the technical method of new waterproof material in engineering application can be improved. To provide engineering reference for other tunnels and underground works.
